When I was released I needed to get everything out of the remains of the car, but had no idea how. The guys at DADs went OVER AND ABOVE, coming in on a Sunday evening when they were closed to allow me access to the car!!! Then when I needed my plates back, they got them for me and mailed them back to me so I didn't have to drive all the way back!! And they wouldn't even let me pay them for the shipping!!! Every single time I called whoever I spoke with was so kind and caring and beyond HELPFUL!!! I never expected any of this from a towing company, but these guys are beyond great at their jobs...they are such good, kind people!!!

They sent someone to look at it estimate the price. They were very upfront and set me up for the possibility of extra charges if they had to get it on a flat bed or do some other stuff with the drive shift (can you tell I'm not mechanically inclined?). When the tow truck driver got there he realized that the battery connection was loose. He tightened it and charged it up. No tow! No extra charges for the oversized vehicle! The dispatcher was a pleasure to work with! She is no nonsense, very direct, and gets it all done. Paid over the phone so I didn't have to make the extra trip to the tow truck location which was incredibly convenient and great customer service. Not a lot of options for roadside or tow service in Cape May County. Choose wisely. Choose these guys!

After paying them an ABSURD $1800 because we were out of state and needed to get back home, the alternator failed again a week later because whatever idiot mechanic put it in never tightened the bolt that connects the battery to the alternator, which caused it to arc and melt, resulting in the alternator burning up again. The only in house shop through their warranty company was 40 miles away, and when I called them it turns out they aren't even associated with the warranty company at all. So AAA is currently fixing what Hi-Tech Auto couldn't, and my wife is without a car once again. If you want to pay an arm and a leg for unreliable service, and no help whatsoever when your car breaks again due to their lack of professionalism and checking their work, then this would be the right place for you. The owner should up in 10 minutes with a rollback, plus gave me ,my girlfriend, and dog a ride back to his shop. They immediately checked the starter which was finished. Everyone was so help,friendly and kind. Help me find a cab co. To get us a ride to Enterprise to rent a car. The Highlander was ready at 9 am the next day. Being out of owner I was expecting the worse . Turns out the total bill was just a little over 700 dollars. That was for the tow, starter,labor and tax. Blew me away.
