My appt was at 1:15p but I was not seen until 1:35p as she was finishing up a client however, I booked this with nothing else pressing on my plate so I didn't mind the wait. I've sent another message since & she hasn't responded. I sent a message to the salon, they never responded. I'd also like to mention that I had sent them a message previously with questions about hair color and haircut and it took 7 days for them to respond to that.
