When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

The installers were awesome and got me going quickly. So regarding the communication issues I had with the company, things happen, people get busy and sometimes delays do occur. I'm just glad we were able to get everything resolved. Pricing, I did get a couple of additional quotes and Option One blew them out of the water. Could it be those other companies assumed I needed the parts and labor? Maybe, but I was very clear that I had the parts already. Bottom line it never hurts getting quotes and going from there. Service, so I got all the paperwork done yesterday early afternoon and was scheduled today (5/1) at 8am. I do realize there needs to be a buffer between appointment time and actual arrival time, I usually just assume an hour after the appointment time. But the techs were here at almost exactly 8am. As I have very limited knowledge on solar panels, the fact none of them fell off my roof (panels or techs) and nothing blew up, then it's safe to say they did a fantastic job. In the end my system is fixed and I'm happy. Also if I ever need work done on my system again I'm calling these guys up.

I know there are lots of solar energy companies but we're glad we chose Rooftop Solar. Our sales rep, Michelle was very knowledgeable & never pushy, project manager, Vanessa was helpful. They took care of minor issues after installation when the builder's one year inspection was done. Great customer service & we highly recommend them for solar energy needs. We're saving lots of money for energy bill & really happy with our decision.
