The Hampton Inn line is usually one of our favorite of the budget Hilton properties and we also find them to be relatively consistent in quality and amenities even if some are older than others. This location had newly renovated rooms that felt like we were staying in a much pricier place than a usual Hampton. I was getting ready to move the husband across the country with me as he ended his service to our country. After getting him out of his apartment we needed a place in Bellevue to stay before we began the long trek to Washington state for the much anticipated cohabitation. We had put family up in this Hampton before as it is close to the base, but had not personally stayed here ourselves. The check in was easy and there is tons of parking allowing us to park our uhaul where we could easily keep an eye on it. While the building itself is a bit older as you can tell from the hallways, the guest room we stayed in had been recently renovated. As I rolled all over the comforter, I noted its softness, the crisp sheets, and the excellent squoosh factor of the pillows. The blue modern art headboard and updated side tables with usb chargers were a big plus. The bathroom had also been recently done and had a nice modern feel to it. The room was quiet and peaceful and we slept great allowing us to get up rested, enjoy a nice breakfast, and be on our way to the great unknown of marriage cohabitation.

I send an email to management and responded that he will look into it that he had just taken over hotel and is trying to bring it up to Hampton standards. Over all hotel hallways dirty full of thrash by trash cans since they don't clean every day , people take the trash out of room and place it by trash cans in hall way which they don't clean everyday day .

The sticker on the bathroom mirror didn't make that clear either. You need to put some thought into the bathrooms. Toilet paper holders clear across the bathroom which short people can't reach. No safety grab bars in the tub or anything on the tub floor to keep from falling as the tub was really slick. Please take some time to make your rooms safer.

Shelby was so kind in assisting us in the reservation for our family (2 adults, a toddler who needed a crib, a dog and a cat!). From here, Miranda checked us in and we saw her frequently on the night shift. She was always extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! These ladies deserve a medal for outstanding service! And lastly, Thomas! He was so helpful in pushing our reservation for us a couple nights when we got delayed in leaving our original destination. We saw him each morning and he was always just so friendly and keeping busy with stocking, cleaning, etc... but still took a moment to wish you a good day with a great big smile! This was THE best hotel stay I've ever experienced (and I've had a lot traveling every 2 weeks for work for well over a year)! I would recommend this hotel and this staff to anyone looking in the area (my mother is coming to Bellevue for a short work contract and already reserved a room here too!). Bathrooms were located at completely opposite ends of the ballroom/event spaces, which made for a decent little walk if you were in the middle. This particular event was not offered food or drinks other than water so I can't really comment on any of the services other than the physical location. Loud drunks having all week parties, beer and pop cans blowing around the parking lot, garbage being dropped outside the doors, often within sight of the dumpster, and generally rude and disruptive behavior. I guess that the other Value Place this type of behavior was tolerated. Thankfully, they have almost all moved out and, once again, I'm happy to be living there.

The manager working the afternoon I checked in was very friendly. Our room was on the first floor due to ease of walking our pets. Our room wasn't overly large but perfect for the one night (2 double beds if I remember correctly). It was very clean and well stocked for all of our needs. My only reason for losing a was for the parking lot. It was horrible to drive on with all the pot holes. Every corner of the concrete had massive holes that makes for a difficult drive.

Worst management and customer service!…read more I stayed here while traveling for work, doing 10 and 12 hour shifts at a location nearby where I had no phone service. It was convenient for me to book and extend my stay online periodically. After making an extension online, my card room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and was told if I just pay for that night in person, the reservation issues would get sorted out later. I have spent hours talking in person, making phone calls, sending emails, only to get the run around and the same repeated answer. I'm told to waste further time contacting "the third party booking site" for a refund. Site which has a clear policy that their insurance only covers situations like illness and canceled flights, not when the hotel takes the money for a four night reservation and books you for a separate room other than the one you are in. Then refuses to give a refund or even rewards points towards a future stay when you never check in to that room!

Yes, you can hear the trains when they go by, but it was NOT obnoxiously loud to the point it would wake you up...so good job on the sound-proofing.
