The absolute most basic motel ever... no breakfast , no gym, coffee taste like water, Tv doesn't turn off . I've never been to prison personally, but when you close the windows and the drapes, their concrete walls inside and it seems like you're in prison they got no spoons or knives or forks. You have to pay for everything downstairs. Washer and dryers are like from the 80s... tried calling the front office nobody picks up the phone. It's like a mom and Pops place. That's run very terrible. Would never ever come back here again or any my place franchisees if there are any in this country. read more

This is where we had our best sleep during our road trip from San Jose to Chicago. And we stayed at various chain hotels the past four nights (Best Western, Motel 6 & Super 8). The location was right outside downtown Omaha (10 mins drive) with plenty of parking spots (easy parking for a U-haul towing a vehicle). It is next to the AMC theater, so more parking spots if needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a room on the 4th floor. You do hear some trucks passing on the highway occasionally, but otherwise, it was really quiet. The room was spacious, with very comfortable bedding and pillows. A full-size fridge was provided in the room, but you'd need to bring pots, plates, and utensils if you plan on cooking. The shower pressure was strong, and everything was clean. This is a great hotel to stay at, especially given the rate per night. Breakfast is extra, but there are options to eat elsewhere around the hotel. There was also an indoor pool that we didn't get to use. I highly recommend this hotel. read more

This is a great place to come when you're in a budget! The staff was super sweet and they were upfront about charges. We had a clerk that even gave us her own rolaids! They were very thoughtful and i enjoyed their company. Pool was great but a tad on the chilly side for me. There is no continental breakfast. You have to pay for it to be delivered up to your room for you. At any other hotel chain it comes free of charge. If you wanted housekeeping they have a strict schedule. Our room was awesome! We had a whole dinette set(no idea that's what I booked) and the bed was comfy. Was completely clean and not a piece of trash to be found. Only wish we had a better view. Wouldn't mind staying again. read more

If i could give a10, I would. We've been traveling for a month, staying mostly at Hampton Inns. None could ever get more than a 4.4. This hotel is immaculate, well maintained, and great location. There are so many great assets that make so much sense. All of the "bigger" hotels could learn from this my place. Love it love it love it! read more

Nice place. Rooms are decent and nice. We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the fact that my service dogs were allowed to stay. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to one of them while we were in Nebraska as she got pneumonia somehow and by the time we could get her to the vet and they treated her she didn't have the strength to fight any longer. So I had to let her go. A very sad day indeed! read more

It's hard to believe how many things I like about this place. First of all, take a look at the pictures. The rooms are spacious, and there is a full kitchen. Seriously, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a kitchen sink. The only thing that's missing our plates to make it just like your kitchen. The TV is large, but what's most impressive is how many channels they offer. I looked at the channel listing, and I was impressed by what I thought was about 60 channels. Then, I flipped the card over! There are well over 100 channels available, including 10 different HBO channels. Things seem to be so good here that I started looking for flaws. What about the bed? Well, the bed is very comfortable. And, what about the bathroom? The bathroom is spacious, and very nicely designed. I arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, and at first the door was locked, and I didn't see anyone at the front desk. The fact of the door is locked at 3 AM is actually a good sign. After a minute, somebody came to let me in, and she turned out to be one of the most awesome people I've ever seen at a front desk at a hotel. At 3 AM! The TV wasn't working at first, so she came up to the room immediately to get it working. And, she always had this huge smile on her face, as if the sun was shining even at 3 AM. It's amazing that this place has so many things going for it, and it's very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

I booked a room for two nights over Memorial Day weekend, and my family and I ended up being sick and not being able to make it. I never asked for a refund, I just figured we'd eat the cost. We were charged $262 for the unused stay. Fast forward to mid-July and I get another charge for over $100 from this hotel, with no explanation or notification. I called and the staff claimed to be refunding me for one night of my stay since it was unused, but in order to process the payment they would need to first charge me for one night, then refund me for two (?). They told me to wait 1-3 business days for the $262 to be refunded to me. I waited nearly a week, and still nothing posted. As of today, they have sent me a review of charges on my account "showing" that the payment has processed on their end, however my bank has confirmed there are no pending deposits. I now have to report this as fraud and close my account. The staff had no remorse about the situation and claim they've done everything right. THINK AGAIN BEFORE BOOKING. read more

Very clean--looks brand new but turns out it's not! Great room with recliner, regular sized fridge, two burner stove and a microwave. Bring your own silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans though. Our stay was great, I was checked in on May 11th by a very nice young lady who even gave us a great suggestion for a place to grab a bite to eat. We were even surprised the pool hours were so late! We checked out roughly around 10 am or a bit after. That's where we had a major concern. The young lady at the front desk seemed discombobulated and out of sorts. She was all over the place. I thought this was quite odd behavior. Much different from the welcoming staff the day prior. I don't think I want to stay in any place that has employees like that. read more

When we first got here it was great. The Manager Misty was very friendly and really got to know the guests of the hotel. She was a great help when we had to be out of town after my father passed away. This hotel was sold and Misty is no longer there. We were there for a week after this and we made the decision to leave. Front office staff was no longer being professional, support staff that we have come to know and trust are leaving. We have drivers stay at this hotel when they are in town for a week at a time. Rooms are very nice and offer a kitchenette for people to make small meals on their own which can save a good chunk of change a week at a time. The staff here is always very helpful and courteous and the manager Misty has always been on top of her game in getting receipts to me after stays are completed. We stayed in 2 rooms for 1 night and I had the best nights sleep. Beds were SO comfortable, so many awesome pillows, rooms and entire hotel were very clean, and rooms were very spacious. Only thing better than the facility was the great staff, the front desk worker when we checked in was there when we left (I think her name was Alaina, I should have gotten it). She was helpful and friendly and a fantastic "face" for this company. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Cannot recommend it enough! read more
