If you're a female, I would avoid this smoke shop & if you do go - do not shop alone. The older man who is there is friendly, but like way too "friendly" if you catch my drift. Don't catch my drift? I was invited to walk behind the counter to handpick which flavor vape I wanted. The man kept grabbing my waist, and kept leaning into my breasts. After quickly choosing a flavor, he tried to convince me to go to the back of the shop. I was hesitant to write this review because men who act this way are likely to be married :( I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, but that was plenty of time to be violated and traumatized. Respect, at this location, is KEY: They will offer it, but it is implied that respect is to be mutually returned. If you offer basic politeness, at the very least, you will be treated like Norm from Cheers, here. These guys, especially the owner, David, are pretty much as straight up as they come. They will honor your business, but they won't stomach B.S. Just be straight, and they will honor that. I decided to write a review on this location because this business deserves the right to thrive. Across the board, I have found respectful--and even warm--welcoming and fair business transactions where the staff goes out of their way to help the customers (within reason). I have seen staff actually help customers with no means of actually buying anything as though they were VIP's. And I would say I've rarely seen this, except I've NEVER seen this at a smoke shop, before... Prices are fair and practical, and the other equipment supplied, from pipes, lighters, ashtrays, to vape mods and juices are priced with the needs and finances of the customer in mind. This actually surprised me, seeing the labeled price, for a clone at other shops, being worn by the actual mods in the display cases to be a source of the comment: "This is too good to be true." If you're familiar with my posts, you know I rarely write reviews, and smoke shops have always been something I've avoided because customer service and sales prices can be so inconsistent from visit to visit and I've just never found it was worth it to post. I was familiar with the old shop at the same location and the bad reputation it had garnered in the community rather unfairly transferred over to the new owners occupying this spot. THESE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE! These guys are NOT going to rip you off. I recommend this place because I am treated like family every time I come in. I don't go out of my way, I just offer basic respect and it is returned with great warmth. From prices to feelings of good will, I felt I had to speak up due to the bad blood everyone rightly had with the old owners at this locations. Yeah, long review. But honestly, these guys deserve the praise. ...And it's close to my house, and I don't like driving to the other tobacco shops because they are not really friendly or affordable... If i could leave 0 stars i would. I came into this smoke shop a few days ago looking to buy the kanboro tech 510 nail kit. The guy working, whom might i add looked and acted as though it were a huge hassle to assist a customer, finally got the thing i was looking for. I asked if it would connect to my vape, which i showed him, and he said yes. So i purchased it and when i got home i tried it and it didnt work. Since it didnt work i went back and asked if they could take it back and they said no, i then asked if i could at least buy the battery part by itself so i could use the device and he said i could only get it if i bought a whole new device. . .. Never there on time, young guy seems snobby and full of himself and can never open the store on time. Multiple occasions I've arrived at their opening time since they have it set earlier than others in the area but there's only locked doors and shut off lights. Every time. Found this gem in a strip mall by my house this morning. Customer service was excellent. Man at the counter helped me decide what cigarette tubes to purchase and even offered to show me how to use them since I'm a newbie to making my own cigarettes. Wow, I really liked these guys, until I bought the YoCan vaporizer from them three weeks ago! All of a sudden it started saying no atomizer, I called and he said the coil needs to be replaced...what after three weeks of on and off use, wtf. So I said well can you guys replace the coil for free since you said it was a brand new product? Homeboy said " three weeks is not new brotha".... wow you guys are shadiest smoke shop around. I would not buy any of their electronics because they are not new and will probably break within a few weeks....and Do Not expect them to refund or fix their cheap shit!
