As I found their is only one entrance for non residents and the maps does not take you there. I tried 3 separate entrance locations from Dobson, to S.Dobson, then again off of Alma and Champaign and still couldn't get it. Finally I found it which is off of Riggs Rd and S Sunlakes Blvd. Clubhouse was super nice with a lot of parking. So why the 3 star rating??? It's a retirement community course, the course itself is ok. The bunkers are the worst I've seen on a course as you can tell they're watering over sprays into bunkers making it atrocious to play out of. Maybe a 1/4" of mud before you hit pure hard clay. The greens roll at best maybe a 9. They are dead slow with not a true roll to them. Anything outside the fairway is dead grass which makes you feel they cheaped out of seed in winter months to save money. Tell tale sign a course is struggling. The rate $158 for a non resident is actually quite insane when I can go up the road to Whirlwind golf club for $15 less a round with way better conditions and services. Cart guy/Starter didn't care for me being there, seemed rather annoyed I was there asking questions and not a regular member. All in all would I come back here again??? No not in a million years for the conditions they have and the rate you pay. There are so many better courses with better services then to have to deal with this setup which is very unfriendly to outsiders aka non residents.

They answered all of my questions. They have over 500+ designs you can choose from for your print out and if you like a certain one but want something changed they are more than happy to change it. The day of my wedding they were early and had so many props for my guests to use, it was a highlight of the wedding. The reason I'm giving them four stars is because of a error they made on my husbands name. When they sent me the design of the photo strip my husbands name was misspelled and I informed them and they did change it. They sent me a new photo strip with my husbands name spelt correctly and that was the final strip sent to us after we approved it. After a few weeks after the wedding we had looked at our photo strips and saw again my husbands name was spelled incorrectly. Even after we had them fix it and I saw the final design. I understand that if anyone noticed this the day of I'm sure something could of been fixed but that is not something we noticed or was priority. I do recommend this company but I have to say it was a little upsetting to see again my husbands name was spelled incorrectly after I thought we had gotten it fixed. Other wise no other complaints from this company.

I was not able to decorate until the day of the event. 2. She was running late for me to be able to get into the venue. To do decorating. 3. The day of the event, she wanted an extra $500 for a deposit. Which was not disclosed in any of our conversations or contract. 4. She didn't have the number of tables I requested, she then told me I would have to pay more money. I showed her our agreement and she said that it was wrong. But eventually put up more chairs and tables for no additional fee. 5. The venue bathrooms, floors, and bar areas were not clean when the event started. 5. After the party she complained about how dirty the place was,when we actually cleaned up more than we should have since we had to pay $100 for cleaning. 6. Both the men's and women's bathroom stalls were breaking. Then, the mens bathroom had rusted screws that broke off at the party. The womens toilet paper holder kept falling off. We had to force the stall door open and closed. There were no paper towels to dry hands, only the air dryer. She kept $100 for clean up and then decided to keep another $100 for the broken rusted door. 7. While I was decorating, she had customers viewing the venue. 8. My cousin had a party earlier in the year and had issues with the men's bathroom. She "swears to God" that it wasn't that way. That should have been a red flag for me. I assumed everything would be good. If you decide to use this place, make sure you document EVERYTHING! She will find a way to get more money from you. Take before and after pictures. Record your conversations because she says something different each time. Don't assume you understand what she is requesting. Be very detailed. I chose this place because it was close to my dad. The party was for him. He is very sick and not able to commute far. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
