This place is always a good time. The food is spot on. The servers are friendly with a great attitude and I always on the ball. The ambience on the place is great. Got a nice music at sports bar atmosphere so you got TVs with sports on the TV Friday and Saturdays. You've got live bands yet come in and the music is always exceptionally great. My family and I stopped in after going to the slide park in the same parking lot with our family. There's always people there it's always busy. My husband dad and brother and I ordered burgers and wings to split. My mom ordered pasta. The cilantro garlic wings were very very good! The honey hot in my opinion were not my favorite they weren't bad they were good but I wish they had more sauce with them and had a stronger honey and buffalo flavor. My mom's pasta was actually very delightful! The ambience was your typical I'm here to watch the game feel. We did go when there was a game lots of people lots of laughs lots of rooting for teams. Service was pretty good. Had to ask him for a refill but besides that he was pretty attentive to our table checked in. I would definitely recommend this place. Came in at 509pm, sat right away, waited patiently at our table. 15 mins later we ordered. Knew they were busy so we ordered drinks, appetizer and meal. Many people came in, were seated, got their drinks, and food. 45 minutes later we asked our server where the drinks were. His answer was what did you order again? Another 5 minutes later he passed by we asked again, he blamed the bartender. We waited another 5 minutes and left. Not sure what happened to TC's but will not return not recommend. read more

Avoid!! Moved here about 2 months ago and am discovering new places. Stumbled upon this place when my new friend had to return a U haul truck. They have trivia on Thursdays at 7pm. I got there around 6:40 to grab a seat for myself and my friend for trivia. My friend was at her granddaughters swim meet and rushed to get there upon its completion. While waiting for my friend (I saved her a seat at the bar), a man asked to sit there as his friend was one seat over I said I was waiting for a friend. Trivia started. We were on question 3 - when I see the man two seats over take out a q tip. Clean his ears and sit it on the bar. He then got up and literally swore at me for saving a seat. Saying this isn't a reservations place and used every horrific swear word under the sun. He said he has been going there for 12 years and "we don't save seats". I was in shock. The other guy walks by and says more of the same. I'm a USMC veteran, so I'm not a wallflower, this language was atrocious. I ask to speak to the manager as I'm physically upset. The manager tells ME to calm down "I'm not the one who upset you". I said he mentioned he's a 12 year local so you must know who he is. In the meantime, the other guy is at the other side of the bar and yells to me " f you". I say to the manager - he just told me to F off!! He says, "he's leaving and he's sorry". I'm in tears at this point. The entire bar and staff saw the interaction. I asked for my tab. Tipped the bartenders 20% on a NOT discounted ticket and left. This is insane. So tread lightly when you go there as the regulars are bullies. Clearly, I will never go back as they clearly regard confrontational regulars more than new customers. read more

Time for an update. TC's is a.Local bar and grill that has a loyal following of regulars. They have a rotating theme of the day (my favorite is pop culture bingo on Tuesdays) including taco Tuesday, trivia Thursdays, live music on Fridays and karaoke on Saturdays. All seem to draw a big crowd during prime time, so be warned. Food is pretty much your standard bar and grill assortment (wraps, burgers, salads, a few specialties). One of my go to orders is the southwest dip (like a French dip au jus with green chili strips) and tater tots (always perfectly crispy). Service is always friendly, never had an issue and their kitchen cranks everything out in quick time. read more

Typical bar food, but the service is a step above. My father and I needed dinner and were finishing up some work in the general area, so we thought we should give TC's a try. This place has a lot of loyal followers and regulars that have recommended it. The atmosphere is that of a typical bar & grill, but it was super clean and had plenty of booths. Our server was incredibly nice. She ended up returning a hat we left in the restaurant after we left. Her kindness and hospitality is hard to find nowadays. The food was okay. We started with the Mini Chimis. The chicken filling tasted cold and similar to chicken salad, it wasn't authentic. My Dad got the fish & chips which he loved, and I got a small house salad and a bowl of Pepperjack Chicken Soup. I thought the salad was good but the soup was super bland. Would come back because of the service, but the food isn't anything new or special. read more

Needed a meal before getting on a flight out of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport and this worked well. There were a few little mixups with our orders, but they got it corrected. After 5 years of this being our favorite spot, today we came in and left extremely disappointed. The tables were dirty, we tried 3 booths before settling. Off-putting but fine. Two servers come to get our drink and wing order. Loooong wait, no drinks. Finally the guy comes back and realizes the girl didn't bring us our drinks and he gets them for us. Just the sodas, not the waters we also ordered but we were understanding. We ordered 10 wings and when they eventually came out after the longest wait time we've ever had here, even when it's been a full house, the wings were bone dry. Takes a while for us to see any server at all, when we finally do he goes to get them sauced for us. He comes back and says the cook said "well I sauced them, maybe they dried out sitting under the lamp for a while" ...okay???? So you're telling us that our food just sat and waited out under a lamp for who knows how long? Sure enough, the wings were not even hot! Luke warm wings...The rest of our food comes, club sandwich and onion rings. The club is amazing always, thankfully. I was eating an onion ring when I got the grossest smoosh of raw batter in my mouth from it being undercooked. Unreal. We waited forever just to get the bill and leave. The female server from the beginning had spent almost the entire time chatting with a man by the bar and who knows where everyone else was. At one point my husband even jokingly asked if they were hiring because clearly they needed staff, to which we were told everyone's fighting for hours. Could've fooled us. Our server didn't even ask us how our food was or inquired as to why only ONE out of TEN wings had been eaten. Wouldn't you assume something was wrong? We were so desperate to just leave we didn't bother saying anything else, paid and left. As service industry workers ourselves it was really just shocking at how it was one thing after another. They charged $3.79 upcharge for a side not included with the meal and $5.49 for cole slaw because it was cheaper than a basket of onion rings that was over $10.00. We called the manager over to look at the bill and he said it was correct. They clearly do not understand their menu, food costs, and most importantly, customer service. My husband and I wanted to go for a late night drink and snack. We searched this place up on Yelp. It received good reviews so we decided to stop in. My husband had a beer. I had a mango martini and we shared some spicy cheese curds. My drink was typical for this type of establishment but the cheese curds were over cooked. The cheese was missing from inside the breading. I asked our server when they close. She said normal hours are until 11pm but since they were so slow they would be closing soon. There were three other parties besides our table and some people at the bar. We felt very rushed. read more

I'm new to the area and I have heard great things about this place but when I came in last night I had a less than pleasant experience. It was very busy which is to be expected on a Saturday. But my main issue was our bartender Jen. I have bartended in the past and I understand we all have bad days but she was beyond rude and very unpleasant to deal with. TCs is on point! We woke up early and decided to go out for breakfast. TCs has Breakfast on Sat and Sun starting at 8 am. We were seated right away and it wasn't too crowded about 830. My husband ordered the breakfast Bloody Mary which had eggs, olives, celery and crispy & hot thick cut bacon. It was so good! Not too chunky either like some places. I had the Eggs Benedict. Very flavorful! They put the English muffins on the griddle and prob coat with butter (wonderful!) the ham was fresh tasting and the eggs and hollandaise sauce was perfection. We'll show up at like 5:15 to a nearly empty dining room and they won't seat us because all the tables are reserved for 7pm trivia. What kind of sports bar needs reservations!? I always feel bad for the staff turning us away when it's literally empty, I'm sure they'd like butts in seats during dinner so they could actually be earning tips. I hope for them the trivia crowd tips well enough to make up for missing nearly 1.5 to 2 hours of service. So so disappointed. The staff is severely declining. The phone when we tried to call went straight to voicemail. We tried for 3 hours. When we arrived, the girl at the hostess stand was rude and didn't care. We are regulars here in Tuesday nights for bingo. But after tonight never again! The last few weeks the servers have been very poor. Basically I am tired of not being treated like a true customer. I don't expect them to make every accommodation, but acknowledgment of how poor things have become would be nice. Again, poor staff has really made it so I do not want to come back.
