Speed can be a plus, but in this case, it felt rushed. I had to ask for a line-up after he was 'finished,' which is something that typically should be part of the initial cut. While my son was too shy to say anything in the chair, he was very upset once we got to the car because the result wasn't what he asked for. Ironically, sign posted inside the business instructs to keep all kids out of the haircut area unless they're getting a haircut. What a joke. One employee (short and pudgy. Maybe manager?) was rude and callous to my wife, instructing another stylist to NOT blow dry her hair because it will "take too much time" and I was also overcharged for my haircut because I didn't actually receive a shampooing. Why charge me MVP for 10 min simple cut with no shampoo?? It's supposed to be a Varsity cut. Dirty little thieves. It didn't hit me until later on after I left. Wife wanted a very basic thing done. Nothing fancy. Anybody with a license should easily be able to. Looks like they took a weed Wacker to her but it wasn't noticable until her hair was dry and straightened the day after. More importantly, why was the request taken to begin with? If this is a men's shop and the style is not confident in doing something simple for female hair, then make that known from the start? Don't go Edwards Scissorhands on her and destroy her hair and self esteem. What I would like is a full refund and I'll consider it a wrong being righted for unprofessional service and environment as kids ran around screaming and chopping my wife's hair up and making her devistated and overcharging me to boot. Already complained via corporate site but no response yet.
