I decided to give this place a second chance after receiving a bad haircut on my first visit…read morebecause everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, my second experience was even worse. I asked for a simple low taper and showed exactly what I wanted. Instead, the barber cut the fade much higher than requested and continued taking off more hair despite my instructions. The haircut looks nothing like the reference I provided. There was little to no blending, and the back of my neck looks like a chunk of hair was simply removed rather than properly faded. I also specifically asked to keep my beard higher on my face, but instead it was trimmed much lower into what looks like a chin strap. It was the opposite of what I requested. Everyone was polite, but friendliness doesn't make up for ignoring a customer's instructions. If you're looking for anything beyond a basic clipper cut with guards, I would recommend going somewhere else. I'm now stuck waiting several weeks for my hair to grow back before another barber can fix it.
