Other reviews must be their friends. They lie to customers about what they offer and then offer no returns since they can't stand behind the crappy products they sell you. I never got a receipt, rude staff, I hope this place goes downhill quickly, ripping people off like this. Oh and they sell Kratom too, a substance that I've seen many have a serious addiction problem with and very hard to kick. They just want to take advantage of people and take your money, gross! I have been going to vapor world with my boyfriend for many years and we were long time loyal customers well that ends today as of 7/6/2026. I will now explain why we are no longer going to be supporting this company, this company we have seen a change of leadership many many times over the years and to be honest I don't think it has gotten better I think it has gotten worse. But that's only one part of this review it has come to my knowledge that the leadership of the store decided to change the system over to something new and the points system that we all knew and loved was done for. So if you had accounts like myself and my boyfriend these accounts have now been deleted and destroyed and your points are gone. They tried to tell my boyfriend that they let everyone know on social media etc.... So I went to look for the big social media post after learning that my account as a long time loyal customer with over 5,000 points saved was destroyed I wanted to know when this announcement got posted. Well to my surprise they have created new pages for the vapor world Facebook page and I went in and had to scroll pretty far back because Aparently this change over happened a while back I finally located the post back on the date of January 8th, 2026 there was only 1 post made about how you had until the end of January to use your points or loose them. After finding all this information out my boyfriend and myself have come to the conclusion that we will no longer be supporting Vapor World especially since they can't and won't be bothered to honor their long time loyal customers who have been shopping there for a years. I am very upset and frustrated with how this all went down. As customers who have bought many products over the years and getting to know the owners and the workers and loosing out on those points that were awarded at 1 point per dollar spent and your not even honoring your long time loyal customers, well today you now loose not 1 but 2 loyal customers. I hope this makes you rethink your decisions going forward.
