Although in the beginning I was annoyed, I no longer am, but only because of the great store manager at this location. The customer service here is excellent. I originally placed an order online on June 3rd, then hours later realized I would no longer need it. I searched online to find a way to cancel the order, but there was none, and my credit card was still charged, so I called that very night & left a message saying as much. The only calls I received from them the next day were to tell me my order was ready for pickup. Yeah. About that. The staff here needs to check their voicemail regularly. But the manager made it all right. She took care of it all in a very thorough, patient, and kind way. I live out of state and was in need of delivery for an arrangement for my Mother's 70th birthday. Unfortunately she lived outside of the delivery area, I was frantic. I called the store and explained the situation asking if they had any suggestions on how to get the arrangement to her. The representative said "Oh that's on my way home, I'll bring it after work!" They went above and beyond not only by delivering to her but did it the SAME DAY during the busy Valentine's Day weekend. Mom reports that the arrangement was beautiful and delicious! I was not impressed with this store. I called yesterday stating that I was buying for a couple of people only has a little thank you. I was told the cheapest thing you guys had was $29.99. I looked at website and found some cheaper that was not even discussed with me while on the phone. I did see a couple that were only like $19.95. When I called back to ask about them I was then told that they cheapest they had was $24.95. I just wanted the product so I agreed to that amount and purchased 3 of them. Today I go to pick up and got day old strawberries. I gave them as gift sight unseen because the staff person would not open the package to let me see the quality. I am so depressed that the people who got these were not given fresh and plump berries. I will never and I mean never buy from this company again and will always say to friends. They screwed it up and my friend won't get his birthday cake until the day AFTER his birthday. I am so disappointed. The clerks didn't seem to be too concerned. This place has just about everything you could need for any occasion, delicious fresh and chocolate covered fruit, cheesecakes that are to die for, mini brownies and cupcakes. Omg they even have butterfinger and chocolate cake! One of my favorite things to get is a freshly made to order Fruit Smoothie and while I'll waiting just a few minutes for it to be made I like to snack on their yummy salted caramel chocolate dipped apples! read more

We ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry bouquet and it was beautiful, a show stopper loved by all and delicious!! I would recommend getting a fruit arrangement here to make someones day or to add to a special dinner or brunch with friends. One star less because customer service here was very lacking, seems like most of the 4 people we encountered didn't really know what they were doing. My father's memory isn't doing well. My birthday was coming up, and in the one phone call that I received from him that he seemed to remember who I was and when my birthday was, he asked me to order an Edible Arrangement for myself, give him the total and he would pay for it. He ordered me one every year. It was sort of sad to think this was the last one. I went into the store on the 5th. I had a coupon from Edible Arrangements for a free birthday 12 count box of strawberries. I ordered the arrangement from my father, got the 12 count free strawberries, and ordered a smoothie. The cashier seemed like maybe she didn't know what she was doing. At first she quoted me $250, when she originally told me that the box was $130. I asked her "why?" She looked confused, fidgeted with the computer a little, and then said she had made a mistake and fixed it. Then it turned out it was some large cost for shipping, she couldn't get my free shipping coupon to work. I told her not to worry about it, my husband works close by and I typically bring him lunch, so I can swing by and grab it on my birthday. Then it was the container, I wanted a certain container, she said there was no guarantee that I could have that specific arrangement since she couldn't hold it for me even if I prepaid. Ok, that's fine. I asked her if it would be better if I ordered online as she was having some trouble (wasn't trying to be rude, but it sort of seemed like she didn't want to deal with it and I didn't want to bother her).. she said no because when I order online the store loses out on 30%. Fine, I don't want to stop small business. She entered my free strawberry coupon, placed my order, but said I could not order a smoothie because it would throw off the whole transaction. It seemed unusual, but I told her not to worry about it, and I made a separate order for the smoothie. I got home that day and called my dad to tell him how much the arrangement was. He started yelling at me that he never said to order anything, and he once again didn't seem to remember much about me or my birthday. It was hard, but it's my fault for thinking that he'd remember from one hour to the next, I knew he was getting worse. I called Edible Arrangements to cancel the order on the 16th, 12 days prior to me picking up the order. The woman on the phone (Chelsey) told me that she could cancel the order but she would have to charge me for the free strawberries. I asked why and her response was that the strawberries could only be redeemed with an order of $29. I told her it said on the coupon that if I had ordered online I would have to order $29, but it said right on the coupon that the only prerequisite to picking up the strawberries in store was that I order $29 or more in a calendar year. She said that wasn't true. I told her that I have it pulled up on their website. Didn't want to hear it. Fine. I'll call the 1-800 number. Edible Arrangements doesn't have a 1-800 number, they have a 203 number. They are located in Connecticut. I called them and spoke to a gentleman who's name (I think) began with a D but I forgot to write it down. This would have been December 6th. He apologized up and down for the misinformation and told me I would be getting my refund in the next 48 hours. Awesome, thank you. 96 hours went by, no refund. I called the 203 number again and was told that an associate would get in touch with me. Queue the call from Chelsey on the 16th while I was at work, now 10 days after I had originally cancelled. This is exactly how this went... "Hello?" "Hi, this is Chelsey from Edible Arrangements. Do you have time to talk?" "No actually, I'm at work, but I can step outs-" Click. She hung up. I wasn't even sure if she had hung up at first, I didn't realize we were on call and hang up terms. I called my husband to tell him what happened and he sent me a text saying he couldn't answer because Edible Arrangements was on the phone with him. This was strange because he wasn't on the order, had nothing to do with the order, didn't pay for the order, etc. I asked him how it went when he was done, he said to call the 203 number again. I called again and got someone named Cecil. Cecil said that he spoke with the store and the reason I wasn't getting the money for the strawberries back was because I had to place an order of $29 or more in a calendar year. I explained to him that I had ordered for my husband's coworkers, boss, my uncle, my brother, and my cousin since January, totaling well over $400. He looked at it, apologized for the mistake, and said he was going to call the store. He got back on the line after 15 minutes and said that the store manager seemed unfamiliar with the correct policy, and they would be sending me a full refund and an apology from someone at corporate. Now, today (my birthday) I got a partial refund.. excluding the cost of the strawberries. Was advised by 203 number to dispute with the bank. :/ read more

Corporate Edible Arrangements is running a 15% off coupon if I provide my personal info "applicable on the first order"... what they mean is... on your second order because the coupon code won't be shared for 5 days. Had an impromptu baby shower that we had to attend and on short notice wasn't sure of what to bring. I stopped by Edible Arrangements and was given the perfect baby boy themed arrangement in about 10 mins. It was a beautifully fresh arrangement with chocolate strawberries, bananas and a few of the pineapples. By the time I'd taken it out of the bag and came back to the living room the ladies had destroyed the bananas and pineapples. Next time I'll pick off some fruit first, before I walk away and set it down. Thanks for the awesome arrangement. Looking forward to my free box on my birthday. Ordered online from Jacksonville, Florida and saw the delivery date was for Saturday. I called the shop and asked if I could get it delivered sooner and with no hesitation they said they could deliver today...AWESOME! When we get moved there I will be using them again. read more
