I have gone +40 mins after opening and the door was locked. I could see a woman unloading food but she did not acknowledge me. I have called +2 hours after opening and no answer. I even got extra oxtail gravy for the rice. I waited about 15 mins for my food and I watched guy #1 finish packing my food. Well guy #2 was obviously upset with the amount of food guy #1 made for me so he made a scene. Even though he was speaking another language I could tell he was talking about me since he kept gesturing to me. They put my original food in a storage cabinet and guy #2 proceeded to remake my food.
