Monday morning, as promised, Jacob arrived to listen to my issue and perform a complete inspection of my system. He made recommendations of repairs with several price points. He corrected my specific issue and replaced all the rollers on the door to help eliminate any future issues. Completely lubricated the entire setup, adjust tensioners, etc. Not only is my garage door now operating better, but it is also much quieter. All for a reasonable cost and warranty.

The tech who came out to install the handle/lock over drilled the holes. Brand new hurricane door with 2 holes above and below the handle. Upon informing DGD, we did the repair to the over drilled door, I requested they DO SOMETHING to make this right. 2 weeks later, and NOTHING. DGD, how you do anything is how you do everything.
