When I asked for a firm price they selected a price near the top of the range. They weren't my lowest bid but they were available and I needed the cleaning done so I accepted. Then the day came and they demanded $100 more than they had bid, and refused to honor the original agreement. Why? They hadn't even bothered googling the address and claimed to not realize it was a bigger house despite the address being a recent sale with all the listing info still available on every search you could do. I also put that it was a 5 bedroom in the quote request. They also then claimed there was a lot of trash (again this is a move in cleaning, so there normally is). Would not use again. GIant waste of time.
