I hosted a party here for my daughter's birthday. It was a great experience. The staff and venue were kind, clean, and accommodating. I chose the Playdate party package for 10 kids (15-20 adults). They require a 50% deposit at booking and the remainder is paid the day of the party. I sent them an inspiration picture of how I exactly wanted the balloons and decorations and they did just that. I was very pleased with the set up and play area for children. My guests were the only children in the play area. I did fill things were a bit rushed but overall it did not take away from the party and my child enjoyed it. It was the perfect amount of time for babies aged 10 months- 2 years. Parking was great and ample in the back of the venue. The rental fee was less than $800 and they supplied decorations and food for the children - I was allowed to bring my own food for adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a child's birthday party. I had a great experience. read more

I'm so glad I decided to find a new play cafe close to home and came across this place. We called to get more information and we found out that we have to make a reservation online which is great because it avoids a crowd. They are currently hosting a fun summer camp that takes place weekly for 2 hours (tues-thurs) so their current available play time it from 3:30-4:30 pm, this can be booked and paid for online through their website. The place is spotless, you can tell cleaning is a priority for them and I'm all for it. They have a variety of toys and activities for the kids to do. The decor is adorable, not that is matters to playing toddlers, but this mommy was loving the boho neutral vibes. The menu consist of regular healthy kids snacks with some really fun smoothies. My daughter tried the cotton candy and loved it. I got the coffee and smoothie combo which was also very good. The chocolate croissants are delicious. We can't wait to try some of the other treats. I believe I met the two owners who were super friendly and welcoming. This is one of those places where you were surely come back to if you give it a try! We had a birthday party at the Port Washington location and I can't tell you what a hit! First off with the birthday girl who had a blast (2 yr old) and with all the ages (0-8). Margaret and Nina prepared the event and made sure everything went smoothly with so much care and kindness it was a real pleasure to work with them. All The space is built so well, I can't praise this place enough! We go there a lot for open play as well and because our girl loves it to much we had her birthday party there! This place is so cute and amazing!!! My niece comes here often and had her 3rd birthday party here as well. I came with her a few times and absolutely fell in love. It is so clean and such a perfect place for kids to play / have fun and learn about health and nutrition. Their coffee and menu items are delicious. I had a cold brew with oat milk today and it was better than what I'd get at a cafe! My niece always gets this blue healthy smoothie that she loves so much. I was actually told about this place from the owner of social play haus and was like wow I gotta get over there. Very cute, 5 minutes away and my son loved it. Mom in law lives right here so I am hounding her to go have some grandma/grandson time in a safe clean place lol. Personally, I have never been to a kids cafe that felt so friendly, yet family-like. I truly appreciate that they incorporate so many ayurvedic/holistic foods for kids and embrace the Indian culture and even holidays, although the owners are not of that descent. I love how there's yoga classes, meditation, breath work classes and learning pods for little tots to learn school structure, as all these things are so fundamental in today's society with all that is going on especially for kids. They always have a lot of events going on for the holidays or arts/crafts. My daughter is 4 and still enjoys the ball pit and slides and the numerous toys. My son is 1 and loves the toys as well! Let's not forget the food, my daughter is a picky eater and she can live off of the avocado toast and peanut butter banana smoothie. Visited this place many times since it's opening. Loved it as it was clean, organized, and very inviting for little ones. However, on our visit today it felt very different. Seemed empty as many of the toys and play things have been put away. Swing was gone, little foam slide, wooden play kitchen, and some other things were all gone and not replaced with anything. It felt empty & sad. There was barely anything to play with. The cafe part wasn't any better with them being out of iced coffee and raspberry tea. The iced latte I ordered was terrible and bitter. It's almost like they are closing. Perhaps since opening their bigger location in PW, the GC location does not receive as much attention. It's unfortunate bc it's close by and little one loved going there to play but aside from the ball pit there is not much to do. Won't be returning for open play. read more

Never coming back. I bought a playtime package for my daughter and son in the beginning of March. Unfortunately the 2nd week into my package both my children got stomach virus's. My daughter contracted pink eye while recovering from the stomach virus. The last thing on my wife or my mind was the play package understandably so. Once our children were finally healthy, which took about 2 weeks, we tried to schedule a day for our children to come and enjoy this facility. My wife was told we passed our deadline and there was nothing they could do. Even after my wife explaining what happened, this place showed no compassion. To sum my review up, this place might be nice inside but it's operated by trash. My wife and I weren't even looking for a refund, we just wanted our children to enjoy themselves. I walked in with my two kids at 12 and was told to leave because of a party. I told them that they had said it was open until 1 but they said no. Came here for the first time with my mom for a post-workout snack and we will definitely be returning! Everything from the atmosphere to the play zone and the food and drinks was absolutely delightful. We indulged in some of the pre-made drinks and chia puddings from the fridge (drool) and Margaret and Nina even made me a latte and my mom a smoothie based on our likes/dislikes. There was also a menu to choose from items made-on-the-spot. The play zone for children is wonderful!! They have a ball pit, crazy slide, and toys galore for children to play and work on social skills with other children. They also offer classes like children's yoga and other creativity courses. It was our first time today and we had an absolute blast! We got there for 1145 and played for an hour, during that time I got to enjoy a "Good As Gold Turmeric Latte", made with coconut milk and maple syrup. I was blown away. After play time ended, we got to sit and enjoy avocado toast and a grilled cheese. My boys are ages 2 and 4, and they had so much fun. It was clean, the girls are out of this world friendly and I cant wait to be back next week! Also the positive vibes of this place is just what this world needs! The owners/sisters, Margaret and Nina (former teachers) are so wonderful with kids , plan and organize fun activities and events and know how make an awesome smoothie or coffee! We frequently do the play time. My kids love it! And it's so clean! If you aren't comfortable with a group play time, you can call and reserve a private play time hour which we've done with close friends. This place has been a god send especially during this pandemic. It's somewhere to go where we feel safe, my kids are learning and are happy!
