Horrible people. Very unfriendly and cold. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, and today I had to cancel because I was in a car accident. So I called Thi (the owner and technician) from the hospital and she said verbatim "I don't have time for you." Then she HUNG UP ON ME. The only nice people in this establishment are Thi's parents. Whenever I show up for my appointments, NEITHER SUKI OR THI SAY HELLO OR GOOD MORNING OR GREET ME IN ANY WAY -- and they are in the service business?!? Every time I went there they talked about the other customers behind their back. They are DISRESPECTFUL to their clients and I AM NEVER GOING BACK. read more

Oh Nails is by far the best nail salon in Wilmington. T and Yoshi are the sweetest and most talented techs I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done in Wilmington for 30 years. Yoshi always makes sure the air conditioner is on which is much appreciated when it's 100° outside. I get acrylic with gel polish for my nails and the spa pedicure with gel polish. I recently moved to the other side of town, almost to Hampstead, but I still drive all the way to Oh Nails. because no other nail salon can even hold a candle to them thank you Oh Nails, we love you! read more

Great first Impression! I am new to the area, and this was my first nail salon to test out. I think I am done searching already. Suki and Thi tag teamed on working on my nails. I really appreciated that Suki asked a lot of questions about how I liked my nails. He asked if I liked my thumb nails shorter or longer and if I like my nails thinner or thicker. I have an opinion but I am pretty meek about them so I never voice my thoughts about that, so it was really lovely to be asked. Thi did the painting and also went above and beyond. I wanted black and white marble and she did a test for me on two nails to see if I liked the black base or the white base more. I wouldn't have even thought about that, and the black looked so much better in both of our opinions, so it was nice to see the idea before the execution. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be following up. read more

My friend and I had attended a different salon earlier in the day that essentially did not end up giving us what we asked for, so we needed a fix and found Oh Nails via google maps. Not only were the owners and employees of the salon super understanding of our situation, but they went out of their way to ensure that our nails came out awesome this time. They were super nice and friendly and very funny and enjoyable to talk to throughout the session and clearly care about their customers. Best dip manicure I've ever gotten for sure. I'm in town with my daughter who just had twins. I pulled her out of the NICU for some self care and we popped into Oh Nails. Oh MY Gosh...what a hidden treasure. Hands down best pedicure we ever had. The massage time is long and they are very very good. We tried the new Jelly Pedicure and what a treat! The packet turns the soaking water into a foam like jelly and it is heavenly on your feet. There was 4-5 customers being serviced when I came in for my appointment at 4:00, so it is not super busy, but I'm sure they have more in the weekends of course. The gentleman actually doing my polish change was pretty rough with handling my feet but he did a pretty good job overall. They do not use toe separators so you kind of have to do it yourself. It is pretty quiet and there are two tv's available for customers to watch. It was a good experience and since I am from out of town and looking for a new nail salon, I will be coming back. read more

I need to update from my last stellar review. I paid the extra $16.00 for gel on my acrylics. The very next day the whole entire thumb nail gel pulled off. I have never had this happen. So, I went in and they repainted and it wasn't a problem. The next day two more finger nails started peeling. I have had to use nail glow to keep the gel on. How is this happening? I have never had regular polish to this to this extent. Everyday it's a new nail chipping. That is the whole purpose of getting gel. If I do go back, I will definitely get regular polish. read more

Holy cow! Probably the best service I've had. I called around 11:00 on Saturday and they were able to get me right in. I got a pedicure and gel manicure with a younger gentleman (Wayne?) and it took right around an hour and 45 minutes. My last pedicure (at a different salon) was super rushed and an overall sloppy job, so this was perfect for me! The attention to detail and quality is impressive. Highly recommend! read more
