There was no attempt to speak with us respectfully or resolve the situation. No family should be treated this way, especially when children are involved. Customer service should be based on patience and professionalism, not shouting and humiliation. I would not recommend this business to families looking for a welcoming environment.

I decide to go to the counter to see if someone could either take a look at the game or if i could get the credits back. I look around some more and see one worker on the far left helping some customers and another worker on the far right helping some other people. There is one person currently being helped, two teens and then me. The employee finishes with the first customer and then helps the two teens. He finishes with them and when he gets to me he just turns and walks away. He does not say a word, just turns and walks away. A simple "I'll be back in a minute" or even just putting your hand up and saying "gimme a sec" would be totally fine. Instead, no communication, just walks away. I told the group of 3 or 4 people just standing there that I needed assistance and one of them went to refill my card. As i was waiting the guy who was serving the line on the far left came over and asked if I needed help. He was really friendly (he looked Asian or Mexican). Anyways, he's the only reason I'm giving that place two stars instead of one.
