Fun and definitely different baseball experience. More than plenty of food to choose from.

Absolute chaos of minor league baseball from beginning to end but we absolutely loved it. It had been a bucket list item for a while to go to a TJ Toros game and we took a few hours out of our trip to San Diego to make it happen! Park easily at the border and be across walking in 10 minutes. Cheap Uber to the stadium and scan your tickets which you bought online in advance and you are in for a few hours of fun. The game is almost secondary to the constant lights, music, mascots (like 10?!) food vendors and other patrons having a great time. Buy the upgraded seats (still super cheap) be brave enough to try some food (or not) and buy some authentic or knock off merch. Uber after the game back to the border was quick and cheap as well. Felt very safe the entire time and while there were minimal language issues and we probably paid tourist prices from a few vendors it was an unforgettable experience!

They are not organized at all. People do not stay in their designated area it's annoying but whatever.

We parked at a mall and took the trolley over. My family of 8 attended the Filipino Heritage Night with my brother's church group. We took over one corner. There had to be at least 50 of us total. There happened to be swag which for this game was a pretty sick jacket. I will say what I appreciate about this stadium is that they have great food options. Same for drinks. It was actually a little overwhelming having to pick. I ended up going for a long walk checking all the options before deciding on Hodads. Getting out is a breeze. There's a ton of staff when you're exiting I'm assuming to make sure all goes well. Everyone I encountered was super nice.

I would say security wasn't super crazy I was a little surprised. I had a clear purse so they paid no attention to it whatsoever but did walk through a metal detector. It is fairly quick to get inside. There's a lot of food and beverage options but be aware this is event priced items. I bought two beers for myself and a friend and it cost almost $50 with tip. This wouldn't stop me from coming back here, I've been many times before and I'm sure I'll be back many times after this. Definitely if you have mobility issues be aware of what you're in for which is stairs on stairs. There are very long ramps between the first second and third floors, but to get to any of the seats you do have to take stairs.

It was a hot weekend but there was plenty of shade at the top of the Ampitheater. This venue is a great place to listen to live music. The sound was great and there was plenty of seating. Check the website because it may vary depending the event but I would suggest bringing a pop up of sorts and some lawn chairs. The bottom half of the Ampitheater is stadium type seating, essentially concrete seats which get very hot with the Temecula heat. If you plan on sitting in those seats I would suggest bringing a seat cushion for comfort as well as protection from burning your bum, and a hat. Overall a really neat venue.

This year the concert series runs from June 1st to the last one on July 27th. Gates open at 5pm and the concert starts at 7pm. This is a beautiful outdoor arena located on the grounds of the Temecula Community Recreation Center and next to the Ronald Regan Sports Park. There are several rows of tiered seating with a grassy area which is wide enough to fit a beach chair for comfortable seating. At the top, above the tiered seating levels is a grassy area where you can lay down a blanket and spread out. There is also easy handicap access and seating. No alcohol or pets are allowed. There is lots of parking. These concerts are very popular and fill up quickly. Get there early to grab your spot, bring a picnic dinner, and enjoy the outdoor setting while waiting for the concert to start. The audience is filled with young and old, and a lot of families. There are usually snacks and drinks for sale, but not anything for a full meal. I think last night the vendor was Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees and Smoothies. Last night the band was Smokin' Cobras, singing old time rock and roll, a little bit of Johnny Cash, Beach Boys, Swing, and a lot more. Everyone gets into the music and there was a lot of dancing. It was fun, fun, fun! The seats face west and the sun is right in your face until it sets. It does get hot during the summer time. Bring sun glasses, a hat, or an umbrella for shade. Once the sun goes down, the evenings are usually quite nice. Last night was a bit chilly. Temecula is such a great place to live! Regardless, it is generally a great place to catch a show. Through the years, I have seen many great shows here including Flogging Molly, The Shins, Prince, Interpol, and many others. I hadn't been in a couple years, but last week my husband and I went to see The Human Leave, Soft Cell, and Alison Moyet (Yaz). It was an incredible show. Starting out, there are a few things that I dislike about the venue. First, because it is on a college campus, parking can be difficult and you are basically forced into the $30 paid parking garage. Also, I was suffering from a recent sports injury, making the trek across campus to the theater a bit of a task. In the past, the lines for swag and drinks have been nearly impossible, though, this time, they were much improved. Finally, the trek to the ladies' room is a bit far depending on your seat. Also, it is not a large restroom and the line goes slowly, However, it is clean. On the flip side, there are a lot of positive points to this venue. The location is generally decent as it is not far from town. Despite the crowds coming in for shows, it doesn't take too long to get in and out of the parking lots. The event staff consists of many college students working concessions or ushering, and they are very friendly. It is really a nice, open, outdoor, relaxing venue. There is not a bad seat in the house (as many other reviews state). I have been in front, in back, and in the middle. I have been able to see and hear the show very well from each of my seats. It has also been my experience that the crowd has been generally a well-behaved, polite group, though I guess you can't alway count on that. All in all, it is a great place to catch a show, especially during the beautiful San Diego summer months.
