I've been coming to this salon since I found them on groupon about a year ago. I was searching for…read morenew places (as I normally do) when I discovered this well priced groupon for a gel mani pedi. I decided to buy and the rest is history. The salon is located on the second floor of a large shopping plaza. When I went it was difficult to find since the plaza itself is currently under construction. It still is under construction but not as messy. I have been going to Leysa for my nails since then. She is great! Very attentive to detail. She makes sure the nail looks perfect and the polish is on nicely. She also on occasion has offered to do small designs on my nails which have come out on point. The prices are affordable and I have kept up with my nails because of her. I am so happy to have found this salon. The other manicurists are just as good but since I became comfortable with Leysa I have gone to her alone ever since.

Everyone was busy because it was a holiday weekend . I then came across flashy lashies.. . I was hesitant at first because I never had lash extensions done. I didn't know what to expect. However , they made me feel comfortable and even offered to meet me at my hotel . Did I mention that it was 7pm and most salons near me were closed . **a lash technician was by my hotel in 30mnts. I didn't have time to waste since my event was the next morning. *** the technician was super friendly with a great set of lashes that as soon as I saw them I knew my eyes would look amazing. They did! ** ** THE BEST PART is that I was able to have my lashes done at the comfort of my bed. She put an under eye mask to clear my dark circles at no extra cost . It was such a great experience . I felt like the spa had come to me . *** overall, great service and hassle free. Someone always picks up the phone and ready to answer all your questions . The glue quality was amazing. My eyes were not irritated after . I was able to even go for a morning run before my event without any problems . The lashes were super soft and light!

The technician was great and I was very pleased with her work. Upon departure I was told that i was wearing acrylic nails and that they had to be removed because the shop didn't do acrylic nails. I paid for my eyebrows and my friend nail who lost one of her nails (so it didn't have to be removed just replace). Once I paid $77, the cashier charged me again for another service for the eyebrow. I asked her why was I paying for an additional service and asked to see the ticket that was originally submitte, however, she refused and said that she couldn't show me the ticket for service request. I was treated very unprofessionally and was over charged for services. I will submit another review. This shouldn't happen to anyone who has paid for a service and charged for additional services if you decide not to use the nail service.

Thankfully I was offered by the owners the opportunity for them to make it right on my next visit, so I decided to give it another try and this time a very nice manicurist by the name Estrella took really good care of me. I'm happy to report that she did a very nice job and really took her time to make sure my mani/pedi looked very professional. It took a little longer than other mani/pedi appointments I've had in the past at other nail salons at 2 hours but I rather someone take their time and do a really great job rather than being rushed or having sloppy work done. Thank you to the owners Melissa and Romy for taking the time to make sure my service experience was up to par and correcting the issue when it wasn't. But once she finished my blowout, it was extremely mediocre -- flat, lifeless, and nowhere near worth what I paid. I could've done a better job myself at home. Without my consent, she proceeded to put oil in my hair. I didn't even realize she was applying it until it was already on my scalp, which completely ruined any chance of getting the volume I wanted. When I told her I didn't like how my hair looked and asked for more volume, she basically shrugged it off and said there was nothing she could fix because she had already put the oil in. Then she charged me $55 for a simple wash and blow-dry, which is an absolutely outrageous price given the poor quality of the service. To make it worse, when I called the salon just 15 minutes after leaving to express my concerns, the owner told me I had a "nasty attitude," refused any type of refund, and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This salon lacks experience, lacks professionalism, and clearly lacks any understanding of customer service. I've been here before and have never been treated this way. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
