I came here for the first time and unfortunately left with no eyebrows. Make sure you tell them what you want in Spanish... I requested " limpiar" which means clean around instead she basically removed all my hair. Not good... I told the girl at the front desk and she couldn't understand what I was telling her. Very very upset , came here because my regular eyebrow lady is on vacation , go to the back and she begins waxing everything going as normal .. until it doesn't . She spilled wax on the center of one of my eyebrows... ok .. accidents happen, let's get it off and move on . Soooo she starts with oil .. then more and and more and it's hardly budging .. she goes in with rubbing alcohol .. on freshly waxed skin so it burns .. I stay quiet .. 20 min of trying to get this wax off finally we get " most of it out " I notice some hairs missing in a place they aren't supposed to be , i point it out she said that's how my eyebrows were .. no .. no they weren't. I stay quiet because 1. I'm trying not to make a scene 2. It was an accident .. BUT she keeps trying to play it off like it looks good ... it doesn't . I go to check out and they offer me 15% off as an inconvenience ... and inconvenience .. I have to walk around like this until my eyebrow hair goes back . I have to go to work and greet patients looking like a clown .. no this is more than an inconvenience but it is what it is it's done . I go to checkout I expect only to pay for my upper lip .. no she says the best she can do is 15% , i think I could've frozen hell with the look i gave her , yet .. i remained respectful and never raised my tone . I asked is she could contact her manager and discuss the situation .. she bumps it to 20% off .. honestly i was tempted to walk out without paying anything at this point . My blood is literally boiling , the LEAST they could've done for this inconvenience is comp they eyebrow wax . I would've stayed and demanded it only I was already late to pick up my son as a 20 min wax lasted almost 40.. i paid and left . Needless to say I will never be going back and I will inform all of my coworkers at the hospital of my experience and their idea of service recovery . I've attached photo , as you can see my eyebrows don't match at all and the jacked up one ( the side with the freckle ) is missing some hair in the center . I love these guys! Every esthetician that works here is worth booking an appointment. I do have a few that I like a little better, but never have I had a bad experience. The environment is vert quiet and comfortable. They constantly ask if the wax temperature is not bothering your skin. Most of the time I can get a same day appointment, and if not, they can schedule it for the next day. This was my 2nd visit and today I booked a 90 min massage and a 30 min Foot massage. I was 15 min late for the appointment that was scheduled at 645, I arrived at 7pm when I walk in the receptionist was very friendly, she promptly took my temperature and then asked for my payment which I supplied. Now the first time I came I paid when i left.. so go back and the massage was over in 50 min so 755pm she is tapping me say we are finished, mind you my bill was 105 dollars so i said to her ma'am I paid for 90 min massage and its 755 she said we close at 8pm mind you the door and websites says 830pm. So no foot massage no full 90 min massage but charged full rate! I won't be back and would not suggest any for that matter go there as well. Very unprofessional service will be also reporting to the better business bureau and state attorney generals office for fraudulent services. read more

I've came here for at least 6 facials and haven't been disappointed yet. I've had three different ladies do my facials and they all did what I was expecting. The receptionist is always so nice to me, we even had a conversation about my nails I wish I remembered her name. Not just for waxes!! I booked the massage/facial package. I chose the aromatherapy massage with the european facial. Johanna did my massage and Ileana did my facial. The front staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I was brought back a few minutes before my appointment to prepare for my massage. The massage started on time and lasted the full hour. Johanna was great. She is a wonderful massage technician (is that the correct title?). I came out feeling like a wet noodle. She definitely had her work cut out for her with my shoulders. Boy, did she work out those kinks! My facial was next. Ileana was also great. The facial was equally as relaxing as the massage. I was definitely worried I might have to drive to Miami to get my wax done after moving south (Key Largo) but I fell in love with this place! The place is clean and fairly relaxing. It is also a waxing service, so it isn't your normal massage environment. Came for a deep tissue. Had Marila as my MT. Things started off well; Lots of excellent pressure. Was enjoying exactly what I came in for. Then after my neck and shoulders were finished, it turned into a light Swedish. No pressure used on legs, mid back, lower back, or arms. Facial massage was also not included. I'm not blown away. If you are going to pay for extra pressure, I'd expect it. I went to this place a couple times for my eyebrows. The first time was ok, I wasn't really impressed. The lady doing my brows seemed scared/nervous as she was waxing me. She didn't shape my brows as they were already shaped, she just cleaned them up. Despite the $27 I paid for brows and upper lip, which included a 10% off, I decided to give them another try as I liked the actual wax, it was gentle on my skin. The second time I went was a nightmare. My brows were butchered. I pointed out to the lady doing my brows that she had waxed off the tail of my right brow. Immediately she started being more careful, constantly asking me for direction. Horrible. I didn't want to make a scene so I paid and left. When I got home my family noticed how horrible my brows looked and said I should get a refund. I tried doing that, but the assistant manager said that she couldn't refund me. She asked I give them one more chance at no charge. I told her that two tries was more than enough. I didn't get a refund, even after sending the attached pictures. I normally do not make reviews, but with this horrible experience I felt the need to do so. Not only are they pricey, but I don't think they hire true professionals. I'm giving this place a three cuz the last few times I've done a waxing with 3 different people it went well. On my last visit I decided to do my eye brows there too since I was already doing another another service. I've never done it with them and I usually go to nails salon to get my eye brows done. I HATE my eye brows!! I have a little less hair on one side but at one point I told the lady it felt like she took a chunk off on my left brow and when I looked in the mirror, she did!! I asked her if she could wax the other side or pluck so that it won't be noticeable and she couldn't. Plus, my left brow ( the one that is completely messed up)hurts if I touch it. That had never happened. It felt like she made a mistake , and decided to stop waxing cuz my right eyebrow looks the same as when I went in. If someone makes a mistake, that's fine. I understand. Best wax spa in Homestead- hands down. I have been coming here for 6 years and have always done my waxing here and never had an issue. I have tried with different estheticians and they are all very knowledgeable and gentle with waxing (especially with the lady parts). I recently got an AMAZING massage with Ricardo after feeling an ache all throughout my right leg. Based on my symptoms, he chose to provide me with a combination of a Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage, and the very next day, the pain and aches were completely gone. He is so professional, nice to talk to, and you can tell he loves what he does. I will be going twice a month from now on for his massages (as a group fitness instructor, I need it). He definitely performed miracles! For waxing, you can't go wrong with any of the ladies. Just make sure to set up an appointment prior to ensure a spot. read more

I really hate to leave bad reviews so this is my first one. This was my second time there. I tried to give it another chance for a massage because I didn't want to travel far. The room they put me in had dirty sheets that were covered in oil. I'm not sure if they couldn't get the massage oil out or if they forgot to change them from the previous massage. I felt pretty gross laying on that table. I asked my massage therapist if she could apply more pressure and she laughed and said "no, why?" I was like ummmm what do you mean why lol. I've been coming here for a couple years now. I've been wanting to write a review for a while but would always forget. So here it goes... I'm usually very skeptical of getting services done. Every time I go some where I'd like to be seen by the same person as the first time. I'm particular that way. This last time I went I found out my usual girl wasn't there anymore so I had to have someone new. I was very nervous. Even more so because I'm 8 months pregnant & it's made me 100% more nervous. I had not gone back for months so I knew getting a wax would be painful. The first time I went it didn't go well. I had a bad experience and was considering finding a new place all together. Before I did however I decided to voice my discontent. Scared they wouldn't take me seriously. However Lisa, the manager, was excellent & she listening to my discomfort & quickly offered to resolve my problem. She was so kind & understanding. It really made me feel important and appreciated as a customer. I went back and saw Dayana this time and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the products that would be good for me, and quick to tell me what to stay clear from until after the baby is born. The whole time she made feel relaxed which is hard when getting waxed but she hit the nail on the head. Now I dont have to find a new place to get waxed & I'm very happy about that. Ive been a customer here for two years and ive loved it always. Until i had my 12:40 pm appointment cancelled at 12:35 pm, literally i was in the parking lot when the receptionist calls me to reschedule. I say no problem it happens so they give me one for the next day at 5:30 pm. I worked til 5 so i had to rush. Made it to my appointment SEVEN MINUTES LATE my lady already had someone else and they told me i was too late. 7 minutes. Ill never go here again, wasted my gas and i rushed for no reason from work to just get told i cant be seen. Horrible service im disappointed. read more

She is hands down the best in the business; quick but careful; leaves NO hair which is not the same that I would say with other estheticians in the business not to mention how nice and professional she is with all of her clients. I am giving this place one star but if I could give it 0 I absolutely would. I fell in love with the place after my first time waxing with ANGELA and she was SUPERB!! if you go I HIGHLY recommend her but if you go and they say she is not available then walk out ESPECIALLY if they give you SCARLET!! I can not stress this enough she didn't know when the wax was ready to be taken off MULTIPLE times!! Was she even trained???? I specifically told her to ONLY clean my eyebrows and she tried to sculpt them. I even told her she put too much wax on one side and she said it wasn't going to take off too much hair guess what? IT DID. When I saw my eyebrow I almost cried. I am so unhappy with her and her service. read more
