I paid $1800 for "wedding planning" with them and was left to do everything myself and the day of my wedding had a "planner" who was so rude and unprofessional one of my guests actually had words with her for the dirty looks she was giving me (the bride) and my husband. she did no guest coordination so my guests were all over the place not knowing where to go and she had NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME- so I was sitting in a room calling my guests to see when I should walk down the aisle. i paid extra for corsages and boutonnieres for family that they were unable to wear because the flowers were dead and the pieces were falling apart. the food was served cold, RAW CHICKEN, and tasted terribly. when serving my guests- she refused to give them larger portions yet at the end of the night the food trays were full of waters food. the dessert was FROM PUBLIX. $6 cupcakes and $7 brownies, keep in mind i spent $4k on "catering". the tables were left full of dirty plates and food all night long. they did not even bring trash bags to the venue so the trash cans were full and overflowing with garbage the entire night. the venue personnel themselves were absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism and had never seen an event staff perform so terribly. at the end of the night this company broke my contract with the venue and stayed over an hour extra cleaning up- which I was then charged for, an extra $1k but the venue felt SO bad for me that they only made it $500. there are many many more things but for the sake of not leaving a novel of a review i'll leave it at this. please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
