They provided a house call for an intense insect bite, and on another occasion my friend and I visited the clinic for IV treatments -- both experiences were smooth and deeply reassuring. The IV therapy was incredibly beneficial; we both felt noticeably restored and revitalized afterward. Dr. Rez and nurse Kenzie made the entire experience feel both medically precise and genuinely caring, which inspires tremendous confidence. Modo Mobile MD offers an elevated, responsive, and truly client-centered level of service. It is an excellent resource to have in Wailea for both urgent needs and proactive wellness support. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Dr. Rez and his team.

I explained my situation and he wrote me a prescription on the spot for medication for my wound. I'm really grateful I ran into him and will definitely be using his services and expertise in the future..

This is a great hidden gem. After a 14 hour flight from New York, I needed relief. I read their…read morecustomer reviews and was impressed. I was even more impressed by the extremely fair price. If you are looking for a "no nonsense", clean and healing establishment... this is it. My healing therapist (because that's what she is), Brenda, has "eyes" in her hands that can "see" the trouble spots. My first session was on Tuesday for 90 minutes and I asked for Deep and Strong. She loosened all the knots. What relief, I went back again on Thursday for 90 minutes of Deep and Strong again, I am totally centered now and loose. I feel like water that you could pour me into a glass. Please come and experience this for yourself! It is worth EVERY penny and that's not including the gratuity LOL. As my Yelp followers know, I don't give 5-stars easily. Kudos to LC Massage!

First, the therapist for my wife was late 7 minutes (yes I had a stop watch). When my session ended, she also ended my wife's session. Secondly, the language barrier is really bad. We had to use google translate. Lastly, the way they massaged us is fast, aggressive and intense. I have never had this type of massage. I was not relaxed at all. It was like we got beat up. Typically I would fall asleep on a massage session. This one, I was 100% awake because of the intensity. They also asked us like 5 times to extend another half hour. When we deny, they become more aggressive in massaging us. I still tipped $20 in the end.

I want to offer an honest and thoughtful review of my experience with Kaiser Permanente following…read moreknee surgery. There was an initial issue where I was given the wrong knee brace, largely due to limited weekend staffing and early closures. I want to be very clear: this was not a failure of the nurses or frontline staff. They were professional, kind, and clearly stretched thin. They are human beings working under real constraints, and they still showed up with care and respect. Dr. Heffner did an excellent job on my knee, and I'm confident in the surgical outcome. My primary care team was communicative and supportive, and the nurses consistently treated me with compassion despite obvious workload pressures. What stood out most to me, however, is a deeper systemic problem. The people who actually deliver care--doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff--are under-resourced, while executive and administrative compensation appears disproportionately high. When staffing shortages exist in critical patient-facing roles, that isn't a frontline issue; it's a leadership and resource-allocation issue. If more of Kaiser's collective funds were directed toward hiring and fairly paying the professionals who provide direct care--instead of being concentrated at the executive level--patients would receive better, safer, and more timely treatment. Better staffing means fewer mistakes, less burnout, and better outcomes for everyone. The people on the ground are doing their best with what they're given. They deserve stronger backing from the top. I'm grateful for the care I received, and I genuinely believe Kaiser has the ability to be much better if leadership priorities were aligned with patient care rather than administrative excess. Thank you to the medical professionals who showed up for me. You deserve more support than you're currently being given.

He managed to misdiagnosed my heart issue. Months after I self diagnoses MYSELF with my audio recorder (YES, myself) I contacted Kaisers regional President to request going off island to have my second open heart surgery. When I wrote the regional President at the time, he mentioned he doubted if I would get my request to have my second open heart surgery at Scripps Hospital. I sure as hell wasn't going to use them! I managed to achieve my request, and wrote to the President after the fact, and told him he was wrong. Don' t settle for the one doctor's opinion, seek an alternative, do your research. Most of these so called doctors are incompetent, and guess their way through their careers. Personal note to Dr. Parihk, you should go back to school. And when I asked you when I could stop taking the metoprolol, you suggested I would figure it out. Well I did, just like I did my heart issue, you're a clown. Go away!
