After I told her that it was totally unacceptable, she said that she needed like 12 hours with $100 or $90 per hour, I don't exactly remember, to "set up" the company on her system or some BS like that. The company is dead, out of business, why do you need to charge a horrible amount for set up? This is predatory, and I would say extremely predatory.
