I was not familiar with Bexley Natural Market but saw from the Too Good Eats website that the market carried them so off I went exploring. Parkign lot is limited and that area of Cassady Avenue was a little busy but I was able to get in and out ok and find a spot to park. The staff interaction was ok but REALLY missed an opportunity to sell the market and what they are about. I had asked about the membership and the bland explanations really didn't say much at all and the interaction was not very inviting and kind of dismissive. I would have been happy that some new traffic came in and showed an interest. Anyway, the market offers all kinds of items from produce, vegan options, natural drinks, and grocery items. It appears the main focus is supporting local farmers and vendors in the area. I will come back and take another look around but was super happy they had the drinks I liked. If interested- I found online that the membersip is $30 one-time payment and annual dues of $45 that provides 5% to 8% off and monthly coupons & promotions valued at $100 a year in savings. Once I figured out it was Herbal Life, I knew what flavors i liked already. Cookies and Cream and Banana Carmel are my goto. I will say the difference between this place and the others I've been to are how they choose to premix their aloe and tea together and they serve the tea only cold(from what I've seen) n a large cup.Other places you can can take aloe shot solo or in a small portion cup with warm or cold tea and it's usually taken before the meal replacement shake. They have add ins like immune boosters and metabolism boosters. Coffee options too that I've yet to try at any location. Price: This is definitely on the more expensive side. The shake and tea combo is $11. The place on Main near Hamilton I used to frequent is $7 for all 3 and included a free workout class. With that, I can't commit to visiting as often as I'd hope to. It has been ages since going to a GNC, but what brought me back was I found an item cheaper here…read morethan where I normally purchase from Amazon. I ordered online for pickup at the store. Surprisingly, you get a discount with pickup from store. Everything went smoothly with order and pickup. Friendly customer service. The problem came when I had to make a return (thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Although the receipt stated items could be returned to store if not satisfied, that was not the case. I was told that since I did not have a store account, their computer system could not find my order to allow for a refund. Sorry, but that should not be the customer's problem. Long story short, I was eventually given a replacement (only because my item was only $2.99). With this experience, I doubt if I will return to this store unless I plan to make purchases in the store and can make returns without having an account. On a side note, they need to tone down the air freshener scent in the store--it is too strong--soon as you walk into the store, the scent hits you.
