Such a cool space! A good place to sit and chill for a while. We played their trivia box and stared at the lava lamp for maybe an hour while we sipped on our drink. We got an iced chai latte with their seasonal miso caramel cold foam, honestly more of a milk flavor than anything but I appreciate how helpful the staff was! I am sorry, this is the worst coffee I have ever had. The beans were over-roasted in the hot mocha. It was burnt, bitter, and leaving an awful aftertaste. We also got the hot vanilla latte with oat milk; where did the vanilla and the coffee go? Every sip was merely oat milk. They were also not "hot" at all. It was worse than a coffee machine. I high recommend avoiding this place at all cost. read more

Ohm Coffee Roasters is a great coffee shop. It sits right off the Sonoma Square in a spot that has been occupied by a few other cafes before them. When I first saw the name of this place I wasn't sure what to expect. The word 'ohm' to me implies a sung note that is held underneath a melody line of traditional chant. Or sometimes sung in a Yoga class. Finally I see their logo which has a coffee bean that is vibrating and reads 'amplified beverages.' It certainly fits the atmosphere of this quirky shop. The furniture is very retro and has a fun, rebellious atmosphere. The first thing that caught my eye was their Autumn Spice Latte, which proclaims itself as anti-pumpkin spice latte, instead using butternut and acorn squash, and sweet potato with the traditional spices. I love that! But I also love the fact that they do pour over coffee here, so next time I will definitely try that. Their pastries looked great, but I didn't try them. They also have some other interesting look drinks like Italian sodas and a selection of tea drinks. The service was friendly although it was early when I came by and they seemed tired. I will say that there was a little issue with my order when they handed me a regular latte instead of my autumn spice latte. I came back in and they made me a new one and gave me free drink card for next time. Awesome place! read more

Cute little coffee shop! Staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu and what we should order. This one is newer to the town of sonoma & so glad we finally made it there. They have the cutest sit down area inside with table games. They also have an outdoor area to sit if you prefer that. They have your regular drinks but I did like that they have their specials which I'm sure change. I got the iced cafe con leche which has their housemate vanilla, half & half & some cinnamon. It was very tasty not to sweet but creamy. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other coffees. read more

Since my initial review a year ago, I've been in numerous times - Ohm is an easy walk from home, & is across the street from both my hair salon & my favorite bookstore, so I have many Saturday opportunities to stop by (and the occasional weekday). Happy to say my hot coffee orders have always been hot since, and I had a chance to try several of the baked goods as well. While I often take my order to go, if I'm staying I do enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating (depending on weather) which provides the perfect ambiance for a little reading or journaling while I sip. Service has been consistently warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so lovely. It's always a pleasure to visit. read more

What a great coffee shop to get lost in a book. Wandered down here on a Sunday morning and found myself 3 hours later tapping along to the music and on my 3rd drink. So disappointed I didn't try my drink before I walked a few blacks away- it was terrible. Golden Tumeric tasted like warm watered down milk. This was an $8 drink ( 1.50 for alternative is crazy) I couldn't event finish. As a local I am sad we still don't have a great coffee place on the plaza. read more

Our experience at Ohm was absolutely excruciating. We visited at about 4pm on a weekend and even with two people behind the bar and only one couple ahead of us, getting our order in (iced tea and drip coffee) was painfully slow. Upon placing my order, iced tea with lemon, I was informed that they're 'actually a cafe and NOT a restaurant' so they don't have things like lemon. I don't feel that adding lemon to iced tea is a strange request. I was well aware I was in a cafe, thanks. It's okay that you don't have it, why the condescending attitude? We were then informed again, by the very put upon barista that the drinks would be a 4-5 minute wait. Sure, I guess so. Have we inconvenienced you with our iced tea and drip coffee? The drinks tasted fine. I'll never go back. I'll also never go to the Napa location as it's horribly ugly and an eyesore to the entire neighborhood. read more

I love their homemade syrups & non-dairy milk choices. I'd come here everyday if they served the drinks hotter. Even ordering 'extra hot' the drink is lukewarm & not very enticing for me. I support nevertheless since it's the best option in Sonoma. read more

I happen to own the hair salon directly across the street from Ohm Coffee Roasters so I visit here on a daily once or twice! The espresso is immaculately flavored, smooth and rich - and I have never been dissatisfied 30 cappuccinos later! The vibe is chill with an urban vibe and very professional plus friendly, not pretentious. I think they get pastries most days from baker and cook so I'll be squeezing into my jeans because we all know Baker & Cook baked goods are amazing!!! There is total consistency here which is truly a rare thing in Sonoma. It is pulled on the warmer side (a barista explained to me why and I forgot what she said but it made sense ), so if your taking it to go ask for extra hot. They have a stamp card, which I love !!! Open mornings 8:00 am to early afternoon only so get there by 10 or 11 if you want a good pastry choice! It's popular! read more
