Horchata ice cream in a cake cone
    Anny L.

Stopped by for coffee and ice cream on two separate occasions and both times was treated promptly. Ordered the horchata latte and matcha latte. Both were good and on the less sweet side which is perfect. Came back for ice cream and got the espresso chip and horchata. The espresso chip was not too strong and had a nice amount of chips sprinkled throughout. The horchata ice cream was better than the latte and had a nice cinnamon swirl throughout. Cafe is clean and quiet. I definitely recommend the ice cream as I will come back to try other flavors!

    Ube crumble ice cream

A little hidden, but SO glad my friend recommended this place for dessert! S E R V I C E: Plenty of parking! There's also a big seating area inside. We came in a group of 6, and staff were very nice and patient. They give big scoops which is always a good sign! F O O D: They have SO many options for your dessert needs! They have popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, açaí bowls, smoothies, coffee, regular ice cream, and pastries. They basically have everything for everyone (unless you're on a dairy free diet... I didn't see any sorbets). I ordered a single scoop of ube crumble with a cone, and it was one of the best ube ice creams I've had in a while! I love the crumble in it and the ube flavor didn't taste artificial at all! O V E R A L L : I can't wait to come back! I want to try their açaí bowls and of course get more ube ice cream ;)

Got the churro sundae with tres leches ice cream and it was perfect. Parking was easy at the back!

    PB&J Smoothie $9.75

So glad I randomly found this place when I was passing through Sonoma. They have a variety of options. I got their new PB&J smoothie with a house-made chia jam -- YUM!!! It was $9.75 for the smallest size (which is fairly large). It sounds a little pricey but definitely worth every penny. In the future I would love to try their ice cream, they have so many unique flavors like Ube. The service was great. They were very friendly and made my order super fast. The inside was very clean, modern, & cozy. Perfect place for a coffee, ice cream, weekend date. I'll definitely be coming back! Come & support this small business.

We stumbled upon this place after getting dinner on Central Ave and were amazed by all the options! There is truly something for everyone here, from your familiar favorites to unique combinations like Blackberry Cotija and Passion Avocado. I decided on a scoop of ube crumble--creamy and earthy ube ice cream with a spiced and slightly ginger-y cookie swirl. My friend got the same flavor in a milkshake. They have cups, cones, milkshakes, and some fun sundae options like churro and funnel cake. We took out ice cream down to the Regional Trail that starts on the other side of the parking lot. I also wanted to mention how immaculately clean the restaurant is and how accommodating and patient the staff are--we tried way too many flavors! I can't wait to get back!

    Strawberry and mint Oreo paletitas
    Vijay N.

It's wine country - and it's hot. You've hiked, or sipped, or walked around and want a tiny bit of cool refreshment without ruining your dinner plans. Enter the paletito - the tastiest miniature treat on offer at Cielito Coffee and ice cream just south of Glen Ellen. We tried the mint Oreo and strawberry flavors - both were creamier than expected, and the Oreo in particular was jam-packed with cookie fillings. Service was pretty quick and friendly and there are a couple of tables outside to enjoy your treat.

Hidden gem! I came here for ice cream and was surprised to see they have more than just what is in their name. They have smoothies and bowls too! I got a churro sundae which came with two scoops of ice cream and freshly made churros. The ice cream I got was salted caramel with a caramel drizzle. The churros were good, but it was slightly underdone. It could have used another minute in cooking. Other than that it the churro, ice cream and service were great. I would come back when I am in the area again.

The grind and extraction weren't weighed or timed, resulting in a harsh, burnt shot. But wait. It gets worse. The barista poured the espresso into a plastic‑lined to‑go cup with the milk already inside and then attempted to "froth" the espresso‑milk combo directly in the cup. He jabbed the cup up and down on the steam wand with such ferocity you'd think he was operating a jackhammer to break up concrete. Needless to say, not only was there negative microfoam, but I can't imagine how many billions of nano‑plastics were released into the drink from steaming inside a disposable cup. James Hoffmann probably rolled over in his grave -- and he's not even dead. On the spectrum from cardinal sin to angelic coffee, this was a full‑blown crime against humanity. For a proper latte made by baristas with actual technical skill, head across the street to Equator Coffee.
