I have a 2025 Chevy Silverado I got the oil…read morechanged here at the 7500 mile point to maintain the warranty and was told the copy of the work would be emailed to me. I never received it, I have wasted so much time chasing customer service, the area manager, everyone I could to get this rectified. I found out from them that they put my truck down as a 2023 and the had the incorrect mileage marked down that would be past the service interval. I cannot reach the store directly because 1.) apparently they do not have a phone and 2.) They have no store manager as the last one was fired surprisingly enough. All this time wasted just to get a correct copy of the work done on my truck. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: I received a call from the interim shop manager and was told to try and drive around my hometown of Houston to different Take 5 locations to see if they could fix my issue. None of which have a shared database to pull the information from the Weslaco shop. This is becoming more of a fiasco with each person I speak to.
