(Leftover debris inside, remaining steaks on the tires, etc.) Then it dawned on me that Big Bro once mentioned trying and liking this place, so... why not. Located in the same lot as Chevron. You hand over your keys, pay it inside, collect receipt and wait for your car to be done. It was a late afternoon run so they weren't busy. There was no wait at all, and after water blasting dirt off my tires, my car was in the wash in no time. And I'm quite impressed. The inside was pretty pristine without debris. My tires and rims were sparky and the scent of Jasmine lingered so nicely when I got my keys back. (Didn't last, but it was nice.) $40 (tip included) for above basic wash services. That tells me that they did not turn the corner slowly, handling my vehicle with care and safety. The employees always leave my car looking like new every single time! They have a viewing area inside the Chevron where you can see how they clean your vehicle. Today was my second visit to this car wash. I was impressed the first time and today was no different. I got the luxury wash ($28.99) and added all 4 of my mats ($5/ea). Granted that's a lil pricy, they did me right. He cleaned every crevice of my car and had it looking brand new. This place used to be good.. I don't know what happened, but this place is so shady now. You pull up to the entrance of the car wash and the guy comes and greets you. After deciding on what wash you want, he'll always try to attempt upsell you. I generally get the basic wash for $12.99 but decided on the $24.99 wash since my car was pretty filthy. The guy tells me that it doesn't come with vacuuming services. Throughout my whole time going to this place, they have always vacuumed, no matter what service you chose. He told me vacuuming was an extra 3 dollars. I argued with the guy and he waived the fee. Generally, they mark the service that you get with a dry erase marker on your window. He didn't do it this time, and I am pretty sure I ended up getting just the basic wash for $24.99 I live really close to this place and really wanted this place to flourish. I've seen this gas station become a Chevron (current), Valero, Arco, Shell, and Texaco. To have a car wash to close to me was awesome since I could just go home and do what I needed to do while they detailed/washed my car. But I am sad to say that now I am willing to drive elsewhere to get service so I don't feel like I am getting ripped off. Sad this place can turn THIS shady in only a year.... read more

I took my car here several months ago but waited for my insurance claim to be closed to write a review. They scratched my car as they were driving it into the wash... they first plead ignorance when I confronted them. After I pressed them, they admitted guilt, but once I got insurance involved they went silent, even got lawyers involved... they again denied any responsibility. The first person you meet should set the tone for the service but DANIEL doesn't have the skills to meet and greet the customers. His attitude is terrible for public relations. This is the 2nd of encounter with DANIEL and both times are unpleasant. Also, as I watched him drive the drive the vehicles forward at a high rate of speed, it alarmed me as well. I stood at the area where the line of care are to receive service and there was no attempt to greet nor ask what service I wanted for my vehicle. I had to summons him and let him know that I wanted to buy a service and have my vehicle waxed and washed. His response is that he didn't see but he moved all the vehicles forward and directly next to me. These guys used to be really good and for the basic package which is $12.99, I guess they're still OK. Vacuuming, exterior wash, glass and tire wipe down are pretty good. There was some sap on my windshield that I was hoping they'd clean off, but alas they just managed to smear it. (Use SmartWax to remove it) Still come here occasionally when I'm feeling kind of lazy and wanting a quick wash, but the quality have definitely dropped over the years. read more

In regards to your reply the information is very incorrect. For one i was not invited by management to look at the footage of theft from my vehicle nor was the officers. Two, your own employee stated he put my survival hunting knife back in my vehicle when it should have been touched in the first place. Third, The officers i work with found my machete thats used for trimming tree branches, they didnt find my platinum hunting blade that was removed by your employees. Fourth, I never saw footage, I only noticed the cameras outside that are setup in a baf position where you arent able to monitor any theft at all. Camers should be setup from the rear of the vehicles so you can see them inside the vehicle not setup from the front. So get your misinformation correct trying to save the business from whats going on there. Finally, look at your other reviews of theft so it happens. I wanted the theft filed on record in case something happens with that blade thats my only concern and should be yours. All and all this place is super hit or miss in my opinion- you either get a great wash, with a moderate wait time, or a terrible wash with no wait, or some mind boggling combination that never leaves me completely satisfied..With that being said I feel like I'm a bit of a car-wash oficiando and furthermore I firmly believe that only I can wash my car to my liking. This place is a SCAM! stay away! I went in cause its the only place open after 5. I was desperate since I just got back from taking my new car on road trip to AZ and it was covered in bugs. I choose the $15.99 wash #2. Paid for it while juggling all my stuff wasn't told the price went up. Wasn't told that there was a fee for using my debit card. But when checking my account this morning I was charged $17.99. Now I was the only car there, when the guy finished I thanked him gave him a tip and ran off. Big mistake as well, I should have checked it. I really don't want to be that person but now that I have paid nearly $20 for just a wash it should be clean. Wrong, there is a few palm smudges on my back window. And the front passenger side window where the registration sticker was is still sticky and you can still see the exact outline of the sticker and the paper that was inside.
