We paid $180 for an alignment and wheel balance here for our Tesla. Afterward, we took the car to the Tesla dealership, where they told us the alignment had not been done properly. We ended up having to pay an additional $280 to have the alignment corrected. When I went back to explain the situation and ask about it, instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, they told me that I should have taken the car to the Tesla dealership first before coming to them. Very disappointing customer service. We paid for a service that was not done correctly and then had to pay even more to fix their mistake. I took my BMW in to get the tires swapped and weighed on a Sunday (they're the only tire shop opened on Sundays). They will charge you more because it's a Sunday and prices vary depending on how "expensive" or "nice" your car is. I've been going here for years, take all my vehicles here, and recommend all my friends to come here. But I will never be coming back because he overcharged me, made excuses for every complaint, and continued to argue with me. His youngest worker, who apparently is new and just started, is incompetent of the job. I watched him lie three times about the psi he put in someone else's car. They will make every excuse to overcharge you even if you're a loyal customer. They leave your car teetering on three jacks, they tell me I have a nice car so they overcharged me, but then throw my rims on the floor, and completely over tightened the lugs. Response to Erick M: The car is a street car on street tires. When I asked one of your employees the price difference between aluminum and traditional rubber valves they told me they're the same price. I think instead of making constant excuses for everything, you should be closed on Sunday since you're clearly not happy working Sundays and train even your new and young employees the way you want to run your business, instead of making excuses for them. Run the cameras. I'm not making this up! I paid the price you quoted me because it's your business but as I told you earlier, the service you provided does not match the service I'm paying for. I never asked for special requests. I asked my tires to be mounted and unmounted and balanced. You over charged me because my car has "over sized wheels" and not 100% stocked and because I came to you on a Sunday. You can't just say that and own up to it? What about the fact that my "nicer" car was on 3 jacks and teetering? Why were my "nicer" rims dropped on the floor? Why were my "nicer" rims leaning face first on the tire machine? Listen, the service itself was fine. I would have had no issue with the place if I hadn't decided to look over at the dog in the corner. I was debating on asking whether or not I should pet it because it looked so sad. Then, one of the mechanics went over to it and swung his leg out in a full-force kick. That poor dog quickly tried to run away but still got shoved a little with that kick. What's sick to me is if it hadn't moved faster, that kick could have bruised or fractured its ribcage. Maybe it's only that one worker who beats on that dog, but I find it hard to believe none of the others are aware. So, any of you who don't want to give your money to people that abuse/permit the abuse of animals, know not to go here. read more

I was referred to this location by South Bay 4x4 because their alignment tech is not available everyday and my vehicle needed an alignment after getting lifted plus adding bigger tires. There are several, "Central Tire/Tire Central" locations but this place is legit because it's #1! If you have a lifted truck and need your camber and caster set back to spec come to this place and ask for Erick. Could use a facelift and/or cleaning up but aside from that I could not ask for more.
