This used to be a great company less than a 48 hour delivery. Now it can be 5 days. When you get to the bottom of the tank, nozzles and lines get clogged and cost a bit of money. This is what happened to me this week. If you can't serve your customers either get more people and equipment or drop some clients. More than disappointed. read more

I was recommended by neighbors to Culligan. He gave me the quote on paper and took my card number to "hold" my spot. I texted him 2 weeks out to ask about the permit and he told me it was already pulled and the city would call me after installation. Day of install they never showed up so I called. He finally called back later that afternoon and said he had mixed me up with another customer and that he would "handle it personally".... He was always the only one involved! Lol! He didn't even know what I was having installed. He had zero idea what was going on. I'm done! I've already moved on to someone else. What if I had taken a day off work? I would be out $. This infuriates me! Don't use Culligan!

Since then, I never had any issues with the thermostat, it's been perfectly without any issues. I will call them for any further work related to my thermostat. I only paid for the service fee, that was cheaper to afford.

A personal item is missing from our home and my husband's light art picture was damaged. She was supposed to come clean in 2 days. She called me to ask if she could come Thursday or Friday. She comes with a helper who does not speak English and doesn't know how to clean. We pay her as much as a licensed and insured cleaning service. We are very disappointed. I am disabled and will have to go back to doing my own cleaning.
