Worst service ever. I cannot stress enough that the service provided was horrible. 1. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 8am. I get a call at 7:30 stating the cleaner called in sick. The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. I specifically asked for my floors to be mopped not swiftered. Well my screams showed the cleaner spraying some non- eco friendly spray 4 feet from the floor then using a swifter dry pad. 4. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. See photos to document the shit service that was provided. The owner and her sidekick Jerry are a joke. The lack of professionalism and service was appalling. I had the same cleaning lady for 7yrs and never had an issue. My cleaning lady retired. I was searching for a new one and this is definitely not it! In response to the Legrandf reply. Who is flat out lying. 1. The cleaner was an hour late and didn't arrive until 8:46. The security cameras in my lobby and my apartment demonstrate the arrival time. Secondly my doorman and the superintendent were all in the lobby and called me when the cleaner arrived at 8:46am. The cleaner stated she had to drive around for parking for 20 minutes. So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and called them at 11:30 am. Within just 30 minutes, the Housekeeping Director was already at my place! I was amazed by how incredible this deep cleaning service is. Having a dedicated Housekeeping Director assess my apartment before the team start was a fantastic touch. They were punctual, professional, and exceeded all my expectations. I would love to write a novel-long great review for their service! I'm moving from NY to CA, it was such a big project and an urgent move. I gotta clean out from my apartment before 8/1 and it was already 7/31 5PM. I called a several cleaning company only they took me. Mary and her colleague came at 8:30PM, helped me thrown away all the things, helped me packed, even dissembling the big furnitures like my two desk, shelves... it was so messy before. I didn't have enough time to do all that and definitely not gonna make it happen without their help and they truly saved me from all these! Thank you so much Mary!! They dedicatedly helped me clean from 8:30PM til 4 in the morning. It was crazy! I feel so bad to have them stayed for that long. Gave them extra tips and the price for the cleaning is really worth every penny! It was reasonable even cheap and I don't think I can find another better company than them in NY. They were detailed-oriented, quick, kind, patient, communicative, I accidentally thrown my medicine away and they find out in the trash. OMG how kind they are. And Jerry from Legrandf too! He called to arrange this to happen and 11pm he called again to make sure I got all the help I need. And again when we finished it was already 4 in the morning he called again to see how we're doing. I said so many thanks and truly are grateful for their service. He was always contactable throughout the service. And constantly telling me it's ok everything will go smoothly and done perfectly. I catch my 7am plane that day successfully. And right now I've moved to LA. Everything is done! I really appreciate their service and definitely will recommend them to all my friends and families. I really do hope their business can thrive is not easy to find such high-quality and worthwhile service in NY! They simple just worth it! Thank you again Mary and Jerry. I am TRULY GRATEFUL. Their service is one of the best I've ever have. I've been having cleaning service to my home like one or two times a month for two years. The company I used before was like a lottery, sometimes the cleaning staff is great sometimes not. I wish I've started with Legrandf earlier. For their excellent service and worth every penny price.
