Todd even took the time to explain the leak and show me the problem gaskets. The shop is very clean and the team is very friendly. Todd is also a Jeep Wrangler owner so now I know who I will come back to in the future in Midland. They offer warranty on their work and parts also. Over and over their service was mediocre at best, and there were several incidents where my wife and I were insulted by the mean remarks made by the department manager. At one point the department manager was move out, and then he is back again, same unacceptable attitude. They are slowe. One vehicle in the bays, and the wait was 1-2 hours to get in!! Walmart does not care about the quality in the automotive center. That's not where they make their money. If you dont come back, they are happy so that they do not have to do as much work.
