The best pizza I have ever had. So good that for the second trip to Italy we planned a day in Florence JUST to eat here and as usual did not disappoint

A wonderful refuge from the heat.

Needed a break from the heat. Dropped in and had a couple of nice salads and cold drinks (as per always in Europe, you have to ask for ice). I thought the place was very nice.

Massive calzone, not a small plate.

Walk by this place while looking for a lunch place and it looked really cool from the outside, mentioned it to the wife and off we went. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted and welcomed in further. The atmosphere is very nice and the wait staff was super nice. I started looking on yelp when we sat down and read some reviews and started to get worried. I don't understand the low reviews this place was great, the prices were great, the food was good and super nice staff. My kids had a pizza which was good, I got the tortelloni al tartufu which was so much better than the truffle noodles I paid almost twice as much for the other night. Now my wife got the calzone and wow this thing was massive and tasted so amazing. The picture does not do it justice. I was hoping it was going to be too much and I was going to need to finish for her but all I got was a small piece. She also orders the Chianti Classico which was super good as well. Again my wife ordered and all I got was a taste lol, should have just ordered a glass for myself, maybe next time.

This place is located on a nice Italian intersection and offers a great view if seated outdoors. The waitstaff was kind and receptive, something we unfortunately did not always experience while in Florence. The food itself was good, but could use some extra seasoning.

Place is absolutely delicious, best food I have had in Italy so far, corner location, outside dining I would recommend

Stumbled upon this place after spending 3 hours in the Uffizi. Our minds and feet needed a break and this seemed like a great spot. The prices are very reasonable and the pizza is very good. The service is on point and the free wifi allowed us to pick where we're going to spend the rest of our time in Firenze.

He worst spaghetti alla carbonara imaginable. Sad.

Literally worse than Olive Garden by a lot. We ordered carbonara, as it's been the one thing we could depend on in Florence and this was awful. Flavorless, pasta is terrible and overlooked, no flavor.

Had caprese foccacia. They have free wifi but we couldn't get on it, signal was weak. Outside patio seating makes for good people watching. 2 euro sitting fee per person.

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. I had the pork and it was so dry I couldn't eat it without drinking water.

Decent, light thin crust pizza. Nothing too special. Convenient, but not a showstopper by any means.

No table service here, you order up front and wait at your table for your food to be ready. Great menu selection to choose from. I ordered the regular sized pizza topped with tomato, mozzarella, spicy calabrese salame, and mushrooms. The crust was thin and perfectly crisp. The pizza was fresh and still steaming hot when I brought it back to my hotel which was a 5 minute walk away. The pizza took about 5 minutes to make so if you're in a hurry or hangry, this place is fantastic for a quickly prepared meal.

The #9 was gorgonzola and pear. It came out piping hot and the cheese was almost falling off the pizza it was so fresh. This pizza has changed my understanding of what a great pizza is. Thin, delicious, not greasy, extra cheesy, and combined with the pear perfectly. I thought I'd only eat half, but easily finished all of it because it wad that mind blowing. My wife loved her pizza as well, but sure was jealous of the #9. Now on to the owner. It was just my wife and I and Luciano the owner in the store. He talked to us for a good 15 minutes after we were done eating and even gave us a fresh slice of prosciutto to try after asking if we liked Pork... just because we were talking about how fresh food makes the difference between good and bad food. Such an amazing owner that really puts passion into his product. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed with the food here!

And super close to the Duomo, water, and other tourist locations, but not a tourist trap guaranteed! One of my favorite Italian ristorantes so far in terms of taste, quality, concept, and value! Also my partner's FAVORITE restaurant so far and I've honestly never seen this man express beyond a nonchalant "it's good" about his food. He was actually describing the textures "perfectly cooked... In that transition phase between cooked and uncooked" (he means Al dente) and flavors of his spaghetti Pomodoro to me with shining eyes that only foodies have. Omg it was a memorable moment for both of us, the food was truly that delicious. Try one of their many prix fixe menus - 10, 15 (the only vegetarian friendly prix fixe), 20, or 24 (meat eaters only). Water or housemade wine (yes! The owner lady makes her own!) + primi + secondi. Unfortunately these options are not vegan friendly, but the regular menu has plenty of variety for everyone. Portion sizes here btw are HUGE. Unsalted "bland" bread characteristic of Tuscany was served to start, which is included in the mandatory 1.50 euro cover charge per person. However, not sure if owners were being kind, we were not charged this tonight. Partner ordered the 15 euro prix fixe (vegetarian available) dinner. Do try their pasta options - simple but finest quality and cooked to perfection. His eggplant parmesan secondi was smaller than expected, but perfect because the primi was gigantic. I ordered the seafood 20 euro prix fixe dinner and asked for dairy-free. Ricotta with prawns was creamy (but has no cream or butter or cheese upon my request) and huge and a bit spicy, but that's what made it so interesting. The salmon trout with salad secondi was smaller than expected, but perfect size overall because the risotto primi was so big. The salmon was average, not the best I've had, probably because it is not buttered, but on the drier end which I like. They take cards - MasterCard, visa, and american express. Will most likely be back :)
