I do like the decor and judging by the packed hot it must be one of Tupelo's most popular places. The restaurant is very pretty with a hibachi side to it. Looks like a fun place to dine in. I got back to my folks place and unloaded my food and I was pleased with the portions and it tasted fine. I would definitely go back.

She assured me that she had all three orders. However, when I got home, I realized one of my granddaughters' meals was missing. To make matters worse, I had specifically asked for my receipt, but it was never placed in the bag. I immediately called the restaurant to explain what had happened. I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation could be resolved. Instead, I was simply told that he was sorry, but he couldn't remake or correct my order. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. As a paying customer, I expected the restaurant to take responsibility for the mistake and make it right. Instead, I was left without the meal I paid for and without a satisfactory resolution. I hope management will improve communication, ensure orders are checked before customers leave, and provide better customer service when issues arise. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
