He did a fabulous job, even though I was unable to get my daughter's husky away from her favourite spot. He worked so hard and it looked amazing after. He showed up the first time after to mow. Since then he has been a no show in spite of repeated texts. He answered once to say he was too sick to come. The second time he said he had reversed his route and would be there later and never showed. It took multiple messages each time to get a response. If there is a reason he does not want our business I would expect the courtesy of a message rather than no shows. I wanted so badly to leave him a good review because his work was so good and very reasonably priced, and he is such a nice man, but the lack of communication and lack of reliability are a problem for me.
