I arrived on time. No one advised me that not only would I fill out paperwork (which is normal) but that the masseuse was going to leave me for ten minutes filling out this paperwork. Then she took me into the therapy room and spent another 10 minutes describing what she was going to do. No one told me when I scheduled the appointment to plan on an extra 30 minutes for paperwork and explanation. Geez, I can here for a massage and not a lecture. The room is cluttered. I mean seriously. There are empty water bottles on a shelf, like a water bottle collection. There are towels stacked everywhere. Clutter. Then the head rest / face area was broken. So it was laid on the table so my neck wasn't flat. Because of this it was also difficult to breathe into it. Doable, but just doable. There were little candles all about.
