The menu also says it comes with house special dessert but we never gotten any. For any seafood, it's market price plus they add a 30% processing fee, which is strange to me. For a Chinese restaurant which usually does not charge tax if you pay with cash, they charge tax here whether you pay by card or cash. The restaurant is pretty big and spacious. They have pretty large tables, suitable for parties and celebrations. There's a private space upstairs with 3 large tables for parties. The restaurant is pretty slow in the afternoon.

As you walk inside, you immediately notice the long stainless steel counter where a man stands expertly filleting something as though it's no big deal. On either side of the room, large cases full of ice reveal a plethora of sea creatures. Salmon, Tuna, Octopus, Scallops...Conch. Yes, conch. It's exotic. It's exciting. It makes me want to learn to be a better cook. The first time I came in, an Italian-accented fellow in front of me was buying up calamari, scallops, and shrimp. I immediately pictured a delicious seafood risotto and my mouth started to water. I wasn't that ambitious myself, but walked out of there with a decent sized salmon steak ($7.99/pound the day I went) that took me two days to eat. They come frozen and you just have to heat them up in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or pan fry them for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Hard to find really good crabcakes and these are definitely worth it at $4.25 a piece.
