The manager said I had a slice on the side of the tire and need to replace the tire. It would cost me $540. When I asked where the slice was she said they couldn't show it to me. I took my tire and went to another place and they took out the nail and fixed it tire. It only cost me $20 to fix it. No slice in the tire didn't need a new one. I will never go back and I hope no one else does.

When I visited the shop on Warmen I was…read moretold that information I was given over the phone was wrong and that those "customer service people didn't know what they were doing, I was told my rims would be in on Saturday, if not, then by Tuesday. I called on Tuesday, was put on hold for 20 minutes, then told it looked like the rims were on the delivery truck due to arrive by noon. Someone would call me later that day. I never heard from them. The following Monday I called at 8am, waited on hold for 20 minutes to get through then was told the rims never arrived but that couldn't be right. The service man was going to look into it. And promised to call me back. By 2:30, I still hadn't heard back so I called again and asked for the same sales person. I was told he was on the phone with another customer but would call me right back. I mentioned that I had heard that before but never got a call. Once again, they PROMISED a call back in just a couple minutes. By 4:30, and still no call back, I once again called and asked for my service person by name. I was then told he had gone home for the day!!! I was so angry, I took my business elsewhere. Finally Kaltire called me at 6pm to tell me my rims were in.
