I came to visit the various cafes in the food court area and slowly discovered the various other biz they have here including a gym, flower shop, convenience store that you just have no idea is in here until you browse around as if that enough to be impressed with at the top of the parking garage is a rooftop garden. Just take the elevator right beside the security desk which is for the parking and NOT for the main buildings to the 6th floor to which is the highest parking level accessible you take a short flight of stairs and poof there it is the garden which is a simple outdoor area that many seem to take full advantage of for a bit of fresh air and a stunning view of Aloha Tower and a bit of oceanfront view and can just imagine the stunning sunset views as well. And she told us the day of that we were the only people interested? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Would never use her as a relator. Very rude and didn't care about possible tenants. Stay away.

The owner, Alex, told us about the free parking on the top level. He has four dedicated spaces for his customers. Enter the parking structure from Kawaiaha'o Street. Take the elevator to the floor that you want. That's such a great service to provide free parking for your customers!

A place to park to visit Cafe VNTG a place filled with various home furnishings and vintage consignment items that's like browsing in a museum with various items so nostalgic and beautiful and it's so easy to see why many come here to check them out. Parking is up on the top floor and entrance is on Kawaiahao Street up the spiral driveway and with elevator it's an easy access which does make coming here easy just be mindful of which stall to park as it's all reserved for specific businesses. During the course of time, my listing has been neglected and ignored by 2 of their associates. Who were supposed to be in charge of my listing. No phone calls, no updates, and definitely didn't put any energy into finding me a buyer. They pretty much left me in the dark with little to no contact for almost a year. In their defense, they attempted to scheduled a few showings of my restaurant but neglected to confirm the time from both parties. And did not try to reschedule or made any attempt to move things forward in the right direction.. And now they are terminating my listing & contract I had signed with them, because I was told by one of their associate that she was not able to allocate time to my listing.. They wasted 10 months of my time and now they want to take the easy way out. Honestly I could go into so much more details about everything I experienced w/ CBRE. These people need to be held accountable for wasting my time and interrupting my plan of selling my restaurant. Now I have to go find someone else who will actually care about their job and their client's listing. Hopefully there are still good companies out there in the commercial real estate market. CBRE is a HUGE disappointment!!! Don't waste your time w/ them..
