I was tended to by a very personable and professional phlebotomist, Isabel, who did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job drawing my blood. She explained everything really well, and made sure I was okay. I wasn't expecting results today, but they were provided at the end. Danielle then took me back for the rest of my exam, and she was rather direct in conversation and answered all my questions and I left feeling pretty relieved and taken care of. She sent me home with some paper print outs of more details on their findings to learn more. I appreciated all of the women who helped me during my appointment, and when I checked out a beautiful blue-haired woman said "Yay! You don't have to come back!" which was silly and it was fun to be celebrated. I would recommend this place highly to those who need it.

The clinic staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself was very nice, clean, and welcoming. I was taken to a room and treated quickly, and the medical professionals who cared for me were kind, supportive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I checked and arrived on time; another customer came after me with her appointment 30 minutes after mine. I waited one hour to even be seen and the appointment that was scheduled after mine was admitted and checked in before I was. I don't understand what type of process they run at this location but it is not effective. Being a healthcare professional and understanding my patient rights and responsibilities, this location has poor customer service. The receptionist is very rude and dismissive more especially to people of color. I would highly recommend this location complete evaluation as of their staff and the type of treatment customers are receiving to still be employed.

I was able to book easily online and all of that went smoothly. The people were friendly to us and they were absolutely wonderful to our kids. We were early, but they saw us pull up and came out to tell us they were ready for us. They treated us all with kindness but they went above and beyond trying to make my kids feel comfortable. We had our results back in 48 hours, as promised. I need another test soon ahead of a trip, and I've already booked my appointment for a convenient time that works well for us.

I had asked the doctor if me drinking so much water and using the bathroom so much before my appointment would give me a false negative. The doctor proceeded to lie or at least not fact check himself before he had said something. When I asked, where can I get a blood test done because I did not believe that it was an actual negative more of a false negative, he told me he could refer me to OB/GYN who could do blood testing, he told me he would send it in at as soon as possible. I got home in about an hour or so after leaving I still received no text message or any emails that was referring me to OB/GYN. I called them and they told me that I will get the referral by the end of the day. They never sent it. It has been well over 24 hours. Stating you were going to give someone a referral and not giving them that referral isn't okay IN ANY MEDICAL ISSUE. There is a big problem with not having communication if you can't find a referral or just ignored the entire situation. Ignoring my referral request without communication was unprofessional.
