Despite having an earlier appointment, I watched as my husband--and three other patients--were taken back before me. One of those patients even gave my name at check-in, and shockingly, the lab tech didn't verify her identity or check the lab order before calling her back. When I asked what was happening, the tech admitted the mistake but didn't apologize or attempt to fix it promptly. I waited an hour and a half before even being addressed, only to be incorrectly told that the lab didn't carry a test my doctor had specifically ordered. I called my provider myself--turns out the lab DID have the test all along. The lack of communication and accountability was staggering. As if that wasn't enough, while waiting to be seen again, I was verbally attacked and threatened by another patient in the waiting area. This outburst was loud, aggressive, and intimidating enough that my husband had to return from his car to de-escalate the situation. The staff? They said nothing. Did nothing. Not a word--not to the woman who was screaming at me, and certainly not to us. This experience was unprofessional, negligent, and frankly, unsafe. I will never return to this location. I'd rather drive hours out of my way than be subjected to this kind of chaos and disrespect again. Do better.

Every Quest lab number has the message "You have reached a voicemail that has not been set up yet. What absurd, unprofessional, frustrating garbage operation are they running. Last time I went in person they could not find the order and I had to go to the doctor, have them print it out and walk it back to them because they could not find it. A bunch of unprofessional clowns.

He is a bright light for his profession! He is professional, timely and most important a one time wonder! You know how it is to get somebody that can't find a vein or make yours collapse, not him.
