I think it's because of the accessibility of a nice size bar. The other locations I've gone to do not have a bar. The Kennesaw location is located in a plaza with several other establishments. There's plenty of parking. This establishment is a little bit smaller than some of the other others, but they do work very swiftly and it does stay packed, especially on the weekends. My most recent visit was on yesterday as I had a day off and wanted to take time to unwind after my morning appointment. I arrived a little before noon. The bar area had only two people seated, and I was able to easily grab a seat as well. Alex was the bartender during my visit and he was extremely accommodating. My appetizer of choice: Pork Goyza My entrée of choice: Spicy chicken Ramen with extra spice and an egg Initially, I started off with a Coke zero but then said heck why not I'm off today so I indulged in a lychee martini and switched it up to a Ringo Mule (my new fave). It started to get a bit busy about 35 minutes because it was a work week and lunch hour, but it was not overwhelmingly packed. The staff worked very swiftly and greeted every single customer that came in and out. I enjoy this location. The ambiance is always very nice. There's always nice tunes playing and there's also TV is at the bar. Whether you're rolling solo or with a crew, JINYA is a nice little hangout spot. So if you're in the Kennesaw area, go check them out and thank me later. Bon appétit!

They're not just noodles, they're noodle artistry. The broth was rich, cozy, and the kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and go, "wait... why is this so good?" (Apparently this place is known for its fresh, handmade noodles and hearty broths, and yeah... that checks out. ) We ordered: * Sesame balls (dangerously snackable) * Chicken hand-pulled noodle soup (add the egg, trust me) * Shanghai pan-fried pork buns (crispy-bottomed little pockets of joy) * Lamb noodle soup (deep, savory, "I might become a regular" energy) Everything came out hot, fresh, and in portions that basically said, "we care about you... and your leftovers." Also, bonus points for being the kind of place where you can go full noodle goblin and nobody judges you. Final verdict: 5/5 Would absolutely return. Would absolutely bring friends. Would absolutely think about these noodles at random times like they're a past relationship. If you're anywhere near Kennesaw and not eating here... respectfully, what are you doing with your life?

Really good and consistent food, with my personal favorites being the kou shui chicken, pan fried buns, and spicy chicken. Lo mein is generally good and so are the noodles overall. My only complaint in the past has been the duck noodles, as the amt was small and mostly bones. Flavor wise the soups really have great flavor. Typically get take out or delivery but have enjoyed the occasions I've dined in as well. Will def keep coming back.

The pros: the servers were nice, i had no wait despite many seated tables and fast service with my food and drinks coming out quickly. Nice drink selection. The okay: i got a rainbow roll it was packed with a good amount of imitation crab, the quality was maybe a step above grocery store. Nothing special or high quality. The meh: the Wow bao is a chicken bun, first i will say the bun was crispy, the sauce was nice but the chicken tasted like a microwaved patty from a school lunch cafeteria. Took me back to Senior year of high school. Would not buy again. Its okay maybe if i went for all you can eat or something where quantity not quality was the goal i would think differently

There's not a lot of places that have AYCE sushi in Georgia, so I'm really glad we found this…read morespot. The AYCE rolls selection isn't the biggest, but there's all the basics plus a little extra (unless you want uni, then you're outta luck). They have a good variety of small dishes/appetizers, and all of those were surprisingly good. The chicken skewers and chicken bites were tender and juicy, and you can't go wrong with things like edamame and seaweed salad. Another plus were the rolls--they were small but mighty; plus, i prefer small rolls over giant ones if its AYCE. There's a good chunk of topping and the thinnest wrapping of rice around the sushi--toppings are also avocado heavy, which I know some people prefer. I also like that there's actual crab salad in the rolls and not just a block of kani--that extra bit of effort to make the crab salad goes a long way in terms of adding texture and flavor to rolls. The nigiri, on the other hand, had a lot of rice and a thin slice of fish--luckily, it's AYCE so you just eat your bite and move onto the rolls, but this will be disappointing for nigiri lovers. Service was okay--I feel like our waitress was serving 75% of the restaurant so she was either across the room or in the kitchen most of the time. When we did see her though, she was all smiles and very friendly. This is the best AYCE sushi joint we've have in Georgia so far so I'll definitely be back!

They had a deal for $5 for 5 sides where you could get a whole trayful of tteokbokki and a good deal on their "Seoul bowl" which was a meat, 2 dumplings and a side. I understand that the economy has changed a lot in the recent years so they could not maintain their prices. However, I found that the quality of food was also declining while prices continued to rise. This last time I visited, I got the kimbap and bowl (pork bulgogi and japchae). This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The kimball was falling apart, so much that it was difficult to eat. When you went to take a bite, all of the contents fell out. The bulgogi and dumplings were fine but the japchae was very bad. Like I said, I've been coming here for years and I have *never* seen the japchae look like this. It was dark and chewy like rubber. It was so bad that I couldn't even finish half of the side before I called it quits. I did reach out to the restaurant soon after and they were very apologetic and offered a refund. I am just disappointed that one of my favorite restaurants is changing so much. Additionally, they updated the menu recently and took off some items that I previously enjoyed (like the potato tornado). Most of all, I am disappointed in the tteokbokki deal. It is now $2.50 for 4 rice cakes (you can count them in the container). And I am also sad that the japchae wasn't good as this was my go-to place for Korean japchae cravings.

My broccoli was fridge cold, which is common in this establishments. They also have Gimbap, which I used to joke around are korean sushi rolls. The quality of the meat is decent, though not always as tender or flavorful as you'd expect from a traditional Korean BBQ spot. Some of the marinades are good, but others feel a bit bland or lacking in depth. The side dishes (banchan) are a nice touch, but they can be hit-or-miss in terms of freshness and flavor. Overall in all, KPop BBQ To Go is a solid option if you're craving Korean BBQ and need something quick.

I really don't know what happened here …read more.. Against our better judgement, a friend and I chose this place as a back-up option since our first choice was closing for lunch orders. Admittedly, I was skeptical when I saw the limited menu and some of the options (I LOVE Thai food and have had variations in many parts of the world). BUT I was encouraged to know there were at least two vegan entree options on the menu. No. Never again. Not at all. The spring rolls were the most minuscule versions I've ever had. The casing was weird, to say the least, and the flavor was barely there. We ordered a broccoli entree to share. Check out the photos for yourself. WHERE IS THE BROCCOLI?!? My friend's meal was BLAND. My meal was better but the peppers were almost raw. The BEST thing we had was the roti. ROTI. At a Thai restaurant. The absolute best thing on the menu was roti?! No meatless curry options with ample veggies. Not one rice dish, served with veggies. Lots of chicken ‍. Lots of fish oil ‍. Roti was the best thing we ate. And don't even bother with the purple rice. Absolutely disappointed. The server was kind although our 2nd order of roti went to the wrong table - they gladly accepted it with no questions asked - because she was conducting what looked like an interview in between checking on our table. If you've read my reviews you know anything less than 4-5 stars is RARE. I honestly don't understand what happened during my experience at this restaurant but definitely will not be returning.

I was surprised that the restaurant was so empty when my friend and I went for dinner, but the service was decent nonetheless. This may seem nitpicky, but the half booth tables have chairs without backs and that doesn't always make for the best experience. Personally, I didn't find the food to be amazing, but it may have just been a mistake on my part. The menu did say that the meals are best enjoyed family style, but that can be difficult to pull off with only 2 people. We started with the Por Pia Tod, and I had the Sateh Gai with sticky rice and thought that it was decent, but I'm hoping that there were better things on the menu. In all fairness, my friend did say that he enjoyed his meal more than I did. The price was not expensive though so I feel like I will definitely return to give them another try. Overall, I think that Soi 3 is best suited for larger parties that can really embrace the spirit of the menu and being able to try multiple dishes.

There is a robot that brings your drinks and a little train that brings your food that you order from a tablet. Who wouldn't find that fun?? If sushi plate is black it was $3.99 a plate and had about 2-4 rolls included. If it was red it was $4+. From what I remember, I tried a California roll, the pink lady, plain shrimp and rice roll and another I forgot the name. I liked the idea of only having a few pieces so that you don't get full quick on one type of sushi roll and can try several others. All tasted great and were made fresh. I was on a diet but all of my friends tried the fried ice cream and fried cheese cake. They enjoyed both. I tried one of my friend's fried ice cream and really enjoyed it. The batter reminded me of funnel cake and ice cream was vanilla. My other friend who was there with his 2 sons had the chocolate version. They enjoyed theres as well. Service could be a bit better. We had to chase down the waiter for simple things like water and silverware. We struggled figuring out how to pay for our food and had to flag down someone to assist with that also. The dining hall is pretty casual but overall a cool unique sushi spot.
