First time visiting and Kpop did not disappoint! They could have used more servers but ours did great regardless. I was surprised to see that it was all you can eat. If the goal was to leave full we hit our goal. Delicious selections I really enjoyed the green onion salad, Cajun shrimp and Kpop steak.

First time eating here and everything was amazing and our server was outstanding, I hate I don't get his name.

A birthday lunch has me raving about K-pop in Woodstock. I had a fabulous time dinning here today and eating the delicious food. The appetizers were simple and flavorful. The restaurant itself was nice eating in one of their booths is preferred. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Loved them stopping by and checking in. Truly liked them staying on top of our visit. Thank you. If you love grilling your own proteins and trying relishes, salads, and sauces then this is your happy place to eat. Yes, I have a very happy birthday eating here.

Great place. Lots of parking and good bathrooms. They sat us down right away on a Friday night. Amazing food and incredible wait staff. Super helpful, they came and brought us an allergy friendly menu to make sure I got the right options, and knew all my options. All the marinades are gf which is amazing! The bulgogi was my favorite. My twin loves KPOP music and the whole place has KPOP music videos going and even has a steak labeled "KPOP steak" which was her favorite of course. You get all the sides. The pricing is all inclusive so you get however many sides, meats etc, you can eat. I believe they have other options but the bbq is the best part so I'd suggest that. Overall a great spot, amazing food, great service, very fast even on a busy night.

Ask the Community - Kpop Bbq and Bar

Do you have access for wheelchairs?

yes, im pretty sure they do.

Which of the menu items are gluten free?

Only in marinated proteins and a some sides and appetizers. Not the place to go funny have a gluten allergy!

    Are there vegetarian options?

Yes. You don't have to order any meat. 15.99 for Vegetarians menu.

Can you accommodate a party of one?

    Yes!

Has the menu or pricing changed since reopening?

I don't believe so. I never went before the pandemic so I can't say for sure, but the menu is all-you-can-eat only with the exception of the desserts. I think lunch is about $20 per person and dinner/weekends are $25 per person.…

Do they provide lettuce for lettuce wraps ( ones where tou can roll it up with rice, meet, etc)?

Hi Emily, yes we do have lettuce wraps, we keep them fresh in the back so please do ask your server for some and we will bring it out to you. Thanks

Is this place ok for families with small children?

Yes - they have 2 kids meals... chicken nuggets meal and a Mac& cheese meal. When I was there, a party of 8 was also there an included 2 small kids (6 - 10 yr olds). Everyone seemed happy...

Is this fun for a date night? Or better for a larger group?

I would it's fun as long as you like to eat. Don't expect a romantic dinner, more like a barbecue. It's fine for 6 people but beyond that it's crowded.

It says reservations are available. Is that just with calling in or is there a website to go to?

We called in because we had a party of 15. Don't know if there is an online reservation system such as Opentable.

For AYCE, are we able to select different proteins? Or are we restricted to just one type?

Hi Kenny. Whether you come for lunch special or dinner special, it will be an all you can eat type of dining experience. For example, if you came during lunch and ordered…

I have a nut allergy, is it safe for me to go here?

Hi Jake, you will be safe to come dine here! There is one sauce that comes with an appetizer that contains nuts however other than that nothing else contains peanuts. Feel to ask our servers or managers for additional questions. We will make sure…

Do you have any Tofu dishes?

Yes, we have a tofu appetizer.

Is the lunch price different on Sunday's? Compared to the 18.99 a person for weekdays.

Hello Justin, just to update you, we have actually decided to do our lunch special of $18.99 every day of the week. As long as you come by 3 P.M. we will honor the lunch special until you are finished with your meal.

On your table are 3-4 choices of different bbq sauce, all are good, my favorite is the spicy with a little heat. They have daily specials and you cannot go wrong with any of them. I have never been let down by their service, they have always been attentive to my needs without being overbearing I have been the last few weeks on Wednesday, daily special is .50¢ smoked wings and they have been amazing. Good size and great flavor without being to smoky. Minimum order is 10, which isn't a problem for me and they are fine in only. One of their sides is baked beans and they are beyond description, that's how good they are! You have to try a desert, nothing is a wrong choice, I have had a couple different of their pies but my favorite to date in the banana pudding!

Perhaps they should just convert to a counter service model since we had to keep getting up ourselves to get silverware, napkins, and soda refills as well as to remind our waitress of things missing from our order. The atmosphere was typical of an old barbecue joint, moderate noise level, and good barbecue despite the terrible service. Their wings were quite good as they are smoked first, then fried, seasoned, and served. The smoked flavor was definitely noticeable and good tasting. I'd probably go back but not right away. They need to get there service act together soon before they lose customers!

Big Easy BBQ - Do Not Waste Your Money or Time Eating Here A…read morefew days ago, I watched a well-known BBQ show that offered a simple rule: if there's no smoke coming from a BBQ restaurant, keep driving. Today, I ignored that advice and regretted it. A friend and I decided to try Big Easy BBQ for lunch instead of visiting one of our usual favorites. After reading positive reviews, we drove more than 30 minutes to see what the hype was about. The first warning sign was the nearly empty dining room at lunchtime. The second was the complete lack of that unmistakable BBQ aroma. Despite both red flags, we stayed. My friend ordered the St. Louis ribs with sides, and I ordered the half chicken with two sides. When I noticed he had barely touched his ribs, he handed me a piece to try. The meat was tough, dry, and tasted as though it had been cooked well in advance and reheated. Unfortunately, my chicken was no better. It also seemed old and reheated rather than freshly prepared. For sides, I chose dirty rice and Cajun BBQ beans. Neither tasted particularly fresh. The dirty rice was acceptable at first but quickly lost its appeal, while the beans were merely average. Having lived in New Orleans for five years, I know what good Cajun and BBQ-inspired food should taste like. This wasn't it. The highlights of the meal were my iced tea and my friend's French fries. Service was equally disappointing. The server checked on us only in passing and showed little interest in our experience. When we requested takeout boxes for the food we barely ate, there was no inquiry about why our meals were largely untouched. We both took our leftovers home, though neither of us was enthusiastic about them. The lesson here is simple: online reviews should never outweigh what your eyes, nose, and instincts are telling you. A busy dining room, the smell of smoke, and trusted recommendations are often better indicators than a collection of glowing ratings. As a final note, my friend and I normally pay separately, but I felt responsible for suggesting this restaurant and paid for both meals. If paying for two disappointing lunches taught me anything, it's this: save your time and money, and eat somewhere else.
