In November 2024, we had arranged through Carstar to rent with Enterprise Okotoks while our damaged vehicle was being repaired. My husband went to get the rental and had to wait for over an hour due to them not having any cars available except one that needed an oil change. We were told that there would be a vehicle ready, and there were no vehicles ready at the time of pick up. My husband was subsequently late for work due to the mismanagement of time and Enterprise having to do an oil change in order to free up a single vehicle. After our damaged vehicle was unable to be fixed due to a missing part at Carstar, we set up a new repair last week, and was provided with the only rental car left for Okotoks Enterprise, which was a fairly new Mercedes. There was a crack in the windshield that was noted at time of pick up. Not only did the trunk smell like smoke (we do not smoke and wanted a nonsmoking vehicle), it also had crumbs within the seats. It was not properly cleaned before being rented to us. They explained that any damages under two inches during the rental period would be considered normal wear and tear and we would not be responsible for any damages. After hardly using the car during the rental period (I was not going to drive a car that expensive, no thanks!) it was essentially parked in our garage and only used a handful of times for my husband to drive to work. Upon returning the vehicle yesterday, Okotoks Enterprise has reached out claiming that the windshield crack happened during our rental period, along with a tiny little piece of the bumper that appears to be missing. I'm talking the size of three grains of rice. Both "damages" are being blamed on us. Enterprise Okotoks are trying to scare us with a threat of collections if we don't make a claim through our insurance to cover this cost! This is now causing undue stress and I truly encourage everyone who rents there to pull out their phones and take videos or photos of the rental vehicle and look for anything that they might pin on you to repair after the fact, when you had nothing to do with that damage. I am not sure what to do now, other than continue to refuse to put through a claim, as the damages did not occur while we had the car in our possession.

Upon arrival the only vehicle available was either a car or mini van. When I said that I specifically reserved one over a month ago and phoned stating a SUV again before coming in , was basically given a shoulder shrug. Then the policy they have on rock chips in windshield is ridiculous; like we have control over rocks hitting the windshield. Anyway, not impressed and won't be using them again! Since my review I phoned and let them know I still was not happy. They made sure to find me a SUV and switch me over. They were fast efficient and professional. Left happy.

Dave was so full of information for each destination when he explained things he made you feel like you were already there!!! The bathroom is large, clean and it was hard for me to pry myself away from the warm shower. The tv has lots of options to watch, but I fell asleep quickly on a firm but very comfy mattress. We like free breakfast, and there is a nice combination of warm and cold options. If there are scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles, it's a good day. Very close to drugstore and several fast food restaurants. Only downside, sound and light easily bleed through the door. I can hear my neighbors shower like they're in my own room. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were visiting family. Josephine and Raghu were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering us refreshments, genuine conversation and later dinner recommendations with directions. We stayed in the Dublin room which was not only full of history, from the hand done crosses on the bed to the frame itself all the way from Ireland but also very cozy. Josephine is a woman of detail, thoughtfulness, and caregiving towards her guests. Now onto the food which was absolutely fantastic. For breakfast we enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice, berry panna cotta, and the most amazing egg & green onion croissant sandwich (along with more riveting conversation with Josephine) on beautiful China. The next day when we had to leave early she put together a lovely breakfast to go with some of her homemade muffins. All in all it was the perfect relaxing ending to our stay in Canada and we will definitely come back and recommend to all who visit Calgary.

Small table for cards or eating, kitchenette had what we needed. Small maintenance issue with missing drain plug in tub was fixed right away. Kids said the water slide was excellent and begged to go back... even though we did WEM a few days prior? ... anyway it was fast and they liked it. Breakfast was included but not to our liking; we chose to eat out instead. No fresh fruit or pastries. There were toast and bagels and yogurt and hot foods, we are just choosy. There was a little French place nearby that was delightful.

I found this hotel to be restful and quiet, which is what I crave when I'm working from a hotel. The reception staff were helpful and courteous. The morning breakfast was simple but it filled me up and was fairly good for hotel food. I have had some better and a lot worse. Interesting note: After the housekeeping staff figured out I was by myself and slept on one side of the bed, they customized the pillow setup when they made my bed. Nice little gesture that show the attention to each customer. Helpful Hint: The parking lot does fill up rather quickly in the evening, so park at the front lobby to unload if you have a passenger.

The staff we dealt with were all very kind and helpful (Front desk, breakfast staff, maintenance man). The Bad: we were not told that housekeeping was only available for stays of 5 night or longer. At 4 PM on our second day, we were surprised that the room hadn't been cleaned yet so we called the front desk and asked if our garbage could be emptied and for new towels. We were given towels and garbage bags and told to empty the garbage ourselves. The next day, our room again wasn't cleaned so we visited the front desk where we were advised of the no-housekeeping policy for stays less than 5 nights. We asked if just our carpet could be vacuumed, as we have a crawling baby and didn't want her crawling on an unclean carpet. The front desk staff member left the desk and returned with a vacuum, which we then had to bring to our 3rd floor room, vacuum, and return to the desk. I have never experienced this before in an otherwise nice hotel. We certainly didn't expect a deep clean, new bedding or anything of that sort, but when paying $180 per night for a 3 night stay basic services like garbage emptying and vacuuming is expected. This policy really undermines the otherwise great service we experienced.
