I emailed the team here and they got back to me quickly. I sent them a mock up of the image I wanted to work with so they had an idea, as well as, the location I preferred. When I arrived, the artist was able to do a transfer for me and we opted to move the placement a little bit higher up my wrist as I have a dominate tendon that could have been more painful and made it look odd with the movements. I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Overall: A Love my tattoo and planning another for my back shoulders. :)

Getting my nips done was something I had psyched myself out about in preparation to getting, not knowing if it would somehow be more awkward than my previous experiences, but I was so happily wrong! Stevo turned around while I disrobed, and it was as clinical and comfortable as possible, with absolutely no uncomfortable touching or staring. We checked angle and placement, and then all was go! He briefly checked in before swapping sides, but made sure to move quick enough that I didn't lose much of that runoff adrenaline from the first one. Just like my first experience, Stevo is really just a dream to work with. His work is absolutely worth the price, and his multi-piercing discount really is awesome. I would gladly pay more for all the work i've gotten from him if I had to start all over again. The experience and extended care post-piercing paired with his experience and attention to detail are what keep me coming back to him again and again. Instead she received below average service and got charged $365 for improper service, standards AND met with non apologetic beings. She SHOULD have received what she asked for. But if they did not have proper gold surgical jewelry to provide her they should have vocalized that. Instead. They gave her non surgical jewelry. On top of the jewelry being non surgical, the Jewelry is also FAKE. After speaking to multiple sources... she then decides to rectify her experience in person at the shop, where the team there said it wasn't there problem. How is it not? When you provided a horrific experience and left her to the deal with the damages. Not disclosing your true inventory and luring her into paying a fee that was NOT worth it. She showed them pictures of her tummy after hours of procedure, even though they claim there is no proof... DO NOT go here. SCAM ALERT. I know the economy is bad but treating good paying customers like this will not be tolerated.

FIRST EXPERIENCE: I had my first tattoo done at Chicago Tattoo Co during Covid. The artist did an…read moreamazing job, it's beautiful, I practically fell asleep during the appointment, the lines were clean and the steadiness of their hand was impressive. No blow outs or anything. They made sure I was happy with the size and placement. Wonderful experience. Unfortunately, that artist seems to have since left their business. MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE: The second interaction I had at Chicago Tattoo Co was with Tim. I recently lost my dog who was a huge part of my life for 14 years. I was looking to get a piece done of her that looked "faded" as if she were just beyond the veil. I brought an awful sketch with me that I did in about 30 seconds in my car before going in. I can't draw, but I wasn't trying to create something good anyways. Just something to express the "faded" idea I had in my head, since I couldn't explain it with words. Instead of trying to understand what I meant, Tim's first reaction was to judge the drawing. He said things like "I'm trying to be nice" and "no one will know what this is" "it could be a pig"... Once we got past the -its just an example- conversation, he moved on to the size and details of the piece. He said "good" tattoos have to be a certain size and I needed to go bigger. I was not willing to go bigger. By the end of the conversation, he had insulted my quick sketch, my idea, and many people who have tattoos currently that don't live up to his standards. I felt bad for those who have tattoos they love that he crapped all over. He literally called them "shitty tattoos". RECOMMENDATION: I cannot recommend Tim for literally anyone, despite his obvious talent and skill. A man that only appreciates the work he'd do himself is not an artist I'd want tattooing me, because they're likely to have trouble listening. However, Chicago Tattoo is a hub of very talented individuals in general, and its a clean environment. I have attached an image of the sketch I brought in and another sketch that took me about 8 minutes. The second is closer to what we discussed in person, but I can't imagine the first is SO bad that he really couldn't understand what I meant through conversation...it was just a visual aid anyways.. Side Note: Wether someone else likes or recognizes what your tattoo is shouldn't matter. It's what the art piece represents to the person getting it done. Get whatever you want. :)

My bf and I scheduled a tattoo session with Zak at the 4922 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy Kissimmee location on 1/5. Let me just say that to start off our experience was HORRIBLE. I should have left, but stuck it out and I wish I would have left. First we were there at 6PM and were booked from 6 - 10 PM, and you could already tell Zak didn't want to be there and wanted to go home. We live in Florida and he treated us like tourists just getting our rocks off by getting tattoos. Zak has ZERO customer skills at all, we wanted 1 custom zodiac tattoo each on our wrists. We brought ALL the pictures he needed and he acted like a spoiled child with any questions we had or requests. The first tattoo he literally COPIED the picture we brought onto his iPad or tablet that he used, he made the "updates" we asked for in a huff and when it wasn't to our liking, he acted like a child and said well when you decide let me know and left and went outside to smoke or vape, not sure which. My BF just decided the design was ok and so he was done first. He completely ignored the design style we were asking for, so I feel really bad that my BF didn't get what he wanted. Also HE NEVER even asked if we already had tattoo's, didn't explain ANYTHING!! Luckily it was NOT our first time, but if it had someone would NOT have been treated nice at all. Keep in mind that my BF had a tattoo the day before by Chad at another location and it was a completely DIFFERENT experience for him, so we had something to measure by. When it was my turn, my design was a little more complicated but NOT complex by any measure. He wouldn't listen to me, he offered ZERO guidance as to what would work or what wouldn't, he was rude and huffed and puffed like a child. A part of my design ended up being covered up by something else and I asked him how we could fix it and he said he had no idea. LIKE WTF are you not the artist?? He drew NOTHING, he created the entire design by using a software application on the tablet using existing symbols etc...when I asked for any changes he got clearly irritated and went outside to again smoke, vape or whatever. I finally came up with the solution to fix the problem but I shouldn't have had to, he is the artist but could give zero F*'s about my tattoo. He wanted to go home and not be working, he even said that during my tattoo session. So needless to say, my tattoo is NOTHING like I wanted. Zac has ZERO bedside manner, or customer skills. He NEVER asked if I had a tattoo before, he didn't even ask if I was ready when he started to tattoo. This is my 4th tattoo thank goodness so I knew what to expect. I would NEVER go back to that place again. In addition the vibe inside is horrible. They had huge TV on the wall playing a really bad movie, it was not a clean nice place like their other stores are. Stay away from the this "artist", I would not even call him that. Any other tattoo artist I have worked with in the past took pride in design, drawing, and coming up with idea's. Zak did NONE of that, and in the process made us feel like we were ruining his day. NEVER AGAIN. Should have left...lesson learned. read more

I had a mixed experience at this tattoo shop. The tattoo itself turned out fairly well, but I was shocked by the price. The quote I received beforehand was way off the mark compared to what I ended up paying. I've never been to a tattoo shop where the price wasn't discussed upfront, and that really threw me off. When I inquired about a ballpark figure and was given a $300-$400 estimate, I thought it sounded reasonable. However, when it came time to settle up, the total was almost double that amount. It felt deceptive and left a sour taste in my mouth. If you're considering getting some ink done, I would recommend finding a shop that is completely transparent about their pricing. It's important to feel comfortable and confident in your decision, and starting off on the wrong foot with a shockingly high bill doesn't set a good tone for the experience. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the tattoo, but the pricing issue has left me hesitant to return in the future. read more

AMAZING staff, clean shop and full of beautiful scenery of paintings, portraits and artifacts. I had a seriously amazing experience, I came in not quite knowing what I wanted, but I had a general idea and I worked with Peter Smith for almost an hour the day of my consult and then for about 30 minutes day of to make sure that my tattoo was exactly what I wanted. It was a totally custom piece and I love it! I have terrible social anxiety and the whole staff made me feel completely at ease! It was work the the cost for the quality and size of the piece. It bled, and I had a headache for a week straight. Anytime the sun hit me or I smelled something with even the slightest aroma, I would get a piercing headache. I brushed it off, thinking it was just my anxiety making me overthink. Eventually, I went in for my check-up, and I was told everything was healing perfectly and that I had no bumps at all. A day later, I accidentally yanked out my jewelry, tried to put it back in, but it was painful and kept bleeding, so I panicked and rushed back to the shop. I was told it couldn't go back in because there was a bump on the inside, and I would have to come back to get it pierced again. I do NOT blame the shop for my clumsiness with the piercing falling out, HOWEVER, my friend also got a nostril piercing, and hers keeps falling out as well. Perhaps it's the jewelry they use, and if so, they need to address that issue. 2. One of the piercers was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but I went in wearing makeup since it was a spontaneous decision. The piercer made a comment along the lines of, "I remember when I used to wear this much makeup." I also had a companion with me because I was nervous about my first piercing, and the piercer blocked them from seeing me with her body. Additionally, Confessions sold me a product (H2Ocean) that caused both me and my friend to develop piercing bumps. I wasn't aware that I was paying for it until my $50 piercing turned into over $60. On top of that, the aftercare instructions they emailed me contradicted what they told me in person. I was told to use Dial soap in person, but the care sheet specifically said not to, among other inconsistencies I can't fully recall. In the end, I decided I would never return to this place. I had to go to another piercing shop, where I was told Confessions' placement was incorrect, and that they frequently get clients with messed-up piercings from there. My new nostril piercing is much lower, DID NOT hurt at all, and didn't bleed. The staff at the new shop was also much friendlier and professional. I'll provide pictures of the piercing done by Confessions (left side) and the piercing that was redone on my right side at a new shop. The photo where I have white dots on my face is the one done by Confessions. The placement is noticeably higher compared to the new one, which is lower. I'm just glad I didn't end up with a scar from their incompetence. Do not go here

No blow outs or anything. They made sure I was happy with the size and placement. Wonderful experience. Unfortunately, that artist seems to have since left their business. MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE: The second interaction I had at Chicago Tattoo Co was with Tim. I recently lost my dog who was a huge part of my life for 14 years. I was looking to get a piece done of her that looked "faded" as if she were just beyond the veil. I brought an awful sketch with me that I did in about 30 seconds in my car before going in. I can't draw, but I wasn't trying to create something good anyways. Just something to express the "faded" idea I had in my head, since I couldn't explain it with words. Instead of trying to understand what I meant, Tim's first reaction was to judge the drawing. He said things like "I'm trying to be nice" and "no one will know what this is" "it could be a pig"... Once we got past the -its just an example- conversation, he moved on to the size and details of the piece. He said "good" tattoos have to be a certain size and I needed to go bigger. I was not willing to go bigger. By the end of the conversation, he had insulted my quick sketch, my idea, and many people who have tattoos currently that don't live up to his standards. I felt bad for those who have tattoos they love that he crapped all over. He literally called them "shitty tattoos". RECOMMENDATION: I cannot recommend Tim for literally anyone, despite his obvious talent and skill. A man that only appreciates the work he'd do himself is not an artist I'd want tattooing me, because they're likely to have trouble listening. However, Chicago Tattoo is a hub of very talented individuals in general, and its a clean environment. I have attached an image of the sketch I brought in and another sketch that took me about 8 minutes. The second is closer to what we discussed in person, but I can't imagine the first is SO bad that he really couldn't understand what I meant through conversation...it was just a visual aid anyways.. Side Note: Wether someone else likes or recognizes what your tattoo is shouldn't matter. It's what the art piece represents to the person getting it done. Get whatever you want. :)

We reached out to Fuzz and he was happy to work on the designs! He was very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the planning process. When it was tattoo day, we arrived at the shop. It's a super clean space and I love how each artist has their personal flairs added to their areas. Fuzz greeted us and showed us the designs which we loved. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole process and great about checking in to make sure we were feeling well and giving a break when needed. He set up his iPad to have movies on which was a nice distraction while under the tattoo gun. We chatted with a few other artists that came up to check out our works in progress. Everyone there was laid back and friendly. Our tattoos have healed well and look beautiful. I'll be sure to post pics! He worked beautifully to make sure that my eyebrows would be perfectly symmetrical, my bridge would be even, and that the combination of the two of them would fit well on my face, even with eyebrows raised. He checked in with me through every step of the process in a very comfortable and casual way, and genuinely brought such a comfortable, safe, and genuine vibe to the whole experience. I can't wait to get all my future piercings done with him. I really can't recommend him enough. -------- Checking back in after realizing that my original review didn't post to update with my experience with my next two batches! Finished getting my jestrum, both nostrils, and my nips done and wanted to share a tad more about how comfortable and great this experience was. Jestrum and nostrils were very straightforward, the same amazing amount of checkin and adjustments to make sure everything looks good at all angles and at all stages of smiling. Getting my nips done was something I had psyched myself out about in preparation to getting, not knowing if it would somehow be more awkward than my previous experiences, but I was so happily wrong! Stevo turned around while I disrobed, and it was as clinical and comfortable as possible, with absolutely no uncomfortable touching or staring. We checked angle and placement, and then all was go! He briefly checked in before swapping sides, but made sure to move quick enough that I didn't lose much of that runoff adrenaline from the first one. Just like my first experience, Stevo is really just a dream to work with. His work is absolutely worth the price, and his multi-piercing discount really is awesome. I would gladly pay more for all the work i've gotten from him if I had to start all over again. The experience and extended care post-piercing paired with his experience and attention to detail are what keep me coming back to him again and again.
