I wouldn't recommending going her. the african assent lady try to charge me numbers without resolution or solution after she told me to come my tone down after asking those questions then manager pulled the same attitude and then finally told me they werent qualified. essentially they ran me for four hours straight. I literally was calling in for an emergency for 130 and ran me in circle til 4 to tell me they couldn't after I was upset trying to get information they wouldn't give. She took my info and then stated I had missed an appointment early September for my bloodwork follow up in Kihei! Firstly I went to the free Kaiser RV setup in Napili Park for any medical issues then not MMG as we were restricted from leaving the area after the August fire and MMG were not on this side, their clinic burned down. Secondly the blood work was taken 4 weeks ago in December in Napili! She was really awful, kept me waiting ages, then gave me an appointment in a couple of days time once she crucified me for my supposed missing a September appointment. I really didn't need to wait 10 mins for her to make her supposed point. My bloods were taken 3 months after the date she said I missed an appointment for blood work follow up. I really am glad that MMG have reopened in Napili. However the receptionist torturing me for missing an appointment I hadn't made and making me wait 10 mins to make an appointment was unfair. I'm finding Napili MMG clinic totally disorganised and unhelpful. I waited 2 hours for my bloods with a pre booked appointment, and waited 10 mins for an appointment in person to be booked for a follow up. People on the west side don't need this type of stress or time wasting when we are dealing with FEMA, Red Cross, etc. The receptionist should be ashamed treating clients this way. Please, organise your office Napil MMG. Once you get passed this first hurdle the other staff are fantastic. Dr Denton's nurse is excellent as is Dr Denton. It is just a pain trying to get an appointment or any valid help from reception before you get to the next layer.

I've never wanted to go to the doctor, but she makes my visits something I can look forward to. Understanding what's going on with my body is important. The providers there are incredibly caring, warm and I never felt rushed at my appointments. I highly recommend Dr Casey and Heather Milovina - they are both incredible, so competent and skilled and kind. Out of the 6 providers, I felt totally comfortable with 5 out of 6 of them - which is pretty great! I gave birth a few weeks ago and had a very positive experience thanks to the wonderful people at Malama. Dr Casey was my doctor who delivered my baby, and I felt 100% confident and comfortable with him, knowing I was in great hands. Heather was there the next day, which was great, because I was seeing her the most during my prenatal visits (she is an incredible midwife), and she has a wonderful presence about her - she cares so much about her patients, and you feel completely comfortable in her care. I would highly recommend Malama if you are pregnant, I think they are the best on the island as far as prenatal care and caring about women's birth experiences.

Cora is a well versed MD in Neurology and brain health! On top of it, her demeanor is amazing: friendly, spunky, and just a warm and caring human being despite being a doctor (while many mds have a reputation of being aloof and uncaring she is the opposite.) She took her time to understand my medical background, my current life circumstances and ordered additional testing to rule out any new health complications I might have developed. She was able to provide a new medication that my insurance had to approve thru the assistance of her very efficient, professional and courteous staff (nurse and front desk.) This new med has been a life saver when migrains strike sometimes for weeks at a time. Cora also, kindly gave me several md referrals for a girlfriend who has a debilitating neurological condition on Oahu. Overall, if you need neurological care Dr. Cora Tasaki is the one to see. She is outstanding. Mahalo!

The building from the outside looks like an old warehouse but the office itself is very professional and comfortable. More importantly, the staff who greet who and check you in/out are so kind and caring. I also had very good interaction with the ultrasound technician and the P.A. Lauren (Dr. Lauren). The medical staff are very considerate and listen to patient needs and questions. Dr. Lauren is very knowledgeable and takes the time with the patient to make sure they understand the results and know how to proceed. Thank you Waterford Vein Institute for making medical and patient care a priority.

I find it odd, but I have the same condition my beloved had, and now I'm under the kind care of Dr. Waterford. After 8 years, I still sing his praises. He takes excellent care of me and my condition. I appreciate him and each one of the staff I've encountered. From the gal that works at the front desk, his ultra sound tech, his assistants...all wonderful caring people. If you have the privilege to have Dr. Waterford as your care provider, you are indeed in good hands...and lucky to have him.

The staff is organized and friendly. I really appreciate how the nurses check on you and answer any questions that may come up. The doctors will also come and introduce themselves to you before the surgery. After the surgery, the staff will contact your driver and let them know you're ready for pick up. The whole process was very smooth. I'd much rather do my procedures here, rather than the Hosp.
