Single Barrel and Bottled in Bond Bourbons!
    James C.

We discovered this place recently online and realized it's only 45 minutes from home. On our way home from Illinois for the 40 reunion of the class of 1981 of Dwight Township High School we decided to stop and check them out. We immediately met Ashley and she started describing the different spirits from the "Corn liquor", to the "Single Barrel Bourbon", and the "Bottled in Bond Bourbon"! I purchased the two I've just mentioned and can't wait to enjoy them! Update! I tried both of these fine spirits and I must say they're very nice! The three year is everything I'd expect and the four year is even better!

05/15/2021. Just rolled over the age odometer to 60. Invited friends over and celebrated here. Love this place.

What a great experience. Great tour and tasting. Was able to get the history of Old 55 and education in their bourbon making. The spirit's made at this field to bottle is unique and high quality. Not to be out matched by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere shared while there.

Great small craft distillery and Jason had so much knowledge and history. If near area stop by delicious spirits.

Some of THE best tasting gin that I've had. I purchased a bottle that day. Delicious. Anything with lemongrass I feel I need. Haha Our bartender was attentive, engaged in convo and was respectful. Took a friend some weeks later to try the gin. She too loved it. And we are now big fans of their coffee liqueur. I will definitely be back.

When you walk in, the place (at least the immediate area you see) has the vibe of more of a cocktail lounge or cozy neighborhood bar. The service was great - I had a great time drinking and hanging with the bartender and other patrons (Casey and James). I had just finished dinner across the way and wasn't ready to head back to my hotel yet (tourist visiting for the weekend). Came here to grab a pour of their whiskey. Ended up ordering the peated bourbon, which I thought was tasty and not overly peated or too strong of peat flavor. What I thought was a quick drink, turned into hanging out with the folks here talking about football mainly. There are TVs here so college football was on as well. Having a drink here and meeting the folks here will be one of my more fond memories of this Indy trip.

The distillery created an experience that went beyond just great whiskey,it gave people a place to connect, relax, and make memories. The Stave was a cozy spot inside West Fork Whiskey to sip crafted cocktails, while the Mash House offered food that made it easy to spend an entire afternoon or evening at West Fork. Even if whiskey wasn't your drink of choice, West Fork was a welcoming destination for everyone. Whether you stopped in for dinner, drinks, a tour, or rented the event space for a special gathering, there was something for everyone. While we're saying goodbye to West Fork's Westfield location, thankfully this isn't the end of West Fork Whiskey. You can still enjoy their cocktails at West Fork Social House in Fountain Square. I will continue to support the brand and look forward to more events at The West Fork Social House in Fountain Square. Best of luck to the owners and the staff during the transition.
