Found this at the covered bridge. It is a great wine that went very well with turkey and all the Thanksgiving trimmings.

When I finally arrived, I was greeted by a huge, friendly dog inside and a really cool welcoming brother and sister running the show. I was taken on a tour of the facility and given some cool history on why they got into the distilling business and how their process works. They are a complete grain to bottle operation. They grow the grain, age the liquor, and bottle it all inside their bottle and bond facility. Pretty cool!! The finished product is very smooth. My main reason for coming was to try their 100 percent sweet corn bourbon. If you know about bourbon, that's pretty unheard of. I was skeptical and then pleasantly surprised. The finished product was VERY smooth with a well-balanced sweetness and a nice bite. It was definitely a unique flavor, nothing like traditional bourbon, but I enjoyed it ALOT. It was a really good bottle. With that being said, there was a premium price tag to go with it. 175.00 was for the small batch and 3 something for the single barrel needless to say. I got the small batch, lol. I also enjoyed a flight which included their sourghom whiskey(cannonball, which was deliciously smooth as well. I didn't care for the regular corn whiskey it was the closest to some serious backyard moonshine lol. I would definitely take a trip they are always having cool events they are a working farm they have an annual bbq competition that seems pretty cool. #FoodieRunner approved

Depending on how busy they are, you may have a short wait for a table, and your food might take a little longer to come out--but it's well worth it. Don't stop at just the restaurant. Take some time to explore the beautiful grounds, browse the merchandise shop, and walk out to Hard Truth on the Rocks, where you'll find a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the property. During the warmer months, they often have live music, making it an easy place to spend a few relaxing hours. The cocktails are excellent, the staff has always been incredibly friendly, and there's plenty of Hard Truth merchandise if you're looking for a souvenir. I may or may not have left with a t-shirt. Whether you're visiting Brown County for the day or just passing through Nashville, Hard Truth is more than just a restaurant--it's a destination that's absolutely worth adding to your itinerary.

I ordered the spinach salad and it came out perfectly. I had grilled chicken added to it. The flavor was great and there were sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and walnuts on the salad. The dressing was light and tasty. The room was huge and a bit loud but I could still talk with my friend. I definitely recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Everything from the Winter Market, a Galentine's Day Event, tours of the distillery and tastings but especially the food!! The Whiskey drinks and cocktails are excellent as well. They even have cool merch and a distinctive vibe just a fun place and somewhere I enjoyed bringing friends from out of town. I will continue to support the brand and look forward to more events at The West Fork Social House in Fountain Square. Best of luck to the owners and the staff during the transition.

The distillery created an experience that went beyond just great whiskey,it gave people a place to connect, relax, and make memories. The Stave was a cozy spot inside West Fork Whiskey to sip crafted cocktails, while the Mash House offered food that made it easy to spend an entire afternoon or evening at West Fork. Even if whiskey wasn't your drink of choice, West Fork was a welcoming destination for everyone. Whether you stopped in for dinner, drinks, a tour, or rented the event space for a special gathering, there was something for everyone. While we're saying goodbye to West Fork's Westfield location, thankfully this isn't the end of West Fork Whiskey. You can still enjoy their cocktails at West Fork Social House in Fountain Square. West Fork Social House serves coffee during the day and whiskey-forward cocktails at night, carrying on the welcoming community atmosphere.
