The next day I realized that the anti-reverse switch didn't work. I disassembled the reel and found a factory defect. I emailed a picture to Lon and he was kind enough to mail me a replacement reel at my next campground because I was not going through that area again when the flea market would be open this winter. There was confusion: Captain Ken said the tour was "buy one, get one free," while Captain Steve added that the second drink had to be of equal value. Based on these announcements, I purchased two beers at $8.00 each and requested two free "Mama Bahamas" drinks. I paid with my Visa card and added a tip. However, my bank statement showed additional charges--$10.00 and $19.20--that I did not authorize. I emailed Salty Sam's managers about these charges, but received no response or clarification. Be aware of potential extra charges when buying drinks or other items--you might face unauthorized charges without management's explanation.
